Still Truckin' - June Update · 11:51pm Jun 1st, 2019
Hey!
Just a small June update to show I'm still working on stuff! Those two stories I mentioned last time are still in the works with my main focus being 'Local'. I know that hyping up anyone interested before it's even done it probably unwise, but I personally think this is one of my best ever pieces and I can't wait for people to read it. 'The Forest King' is probably been bumped down to third priority after 'Local' and finishing off
However I've done my classic thing and wildly underestimated the amount of work. Last blog post I estimated 10-15k words total but I'm coming up to the upper limit and it's probably just coming up to halfway done. This time though I'm 100% set on getting it fully finished before anything is released at all. So far my revised projection is 6 chapters and 30k words. I don't think I'll release it all in one go, I'm more likely to do one or two chapters a week.
Another thing which has been very nice is that After I Looked Up, The Stars Had Gone Away was inducted into the Royal Canterlot Library! I was beyond chuffed about that, maybe it's a somewhat grandiose term for fanfiction but it was a genuine honour. Read the things smarter people than me had to say about the story as well as my incoherent, half-witted ramblings here!
