I would like to apologize to all of my readers and those that have been following me over the last few months. But I do not believe I will be able to get the next chapter of Clockwork Precision, out today. Thursday's posting is also in question.
Today my home was broken into, robbed, and massively vandalized. They didn't simply run through and steal whatever they deemed of value. They completely ransacked the place. I think even "ransacked" is putting it mildly. Doors, interior and unlocked, were kicked off the hinges, shelving units trashed and thrown everywhere, glass of display cabinets smashed for no apparent reason.
Thefts aside, though the loss is substantial, the house has been made pretty much uninhabitable at the moment.
So, it is with a heavy heart that I must inform you all that postings will be delayed until I can sort out this mess, and figure out how to continue.
I promise I WILL be back. The story WILL continue. I'm a tenacious writer and, like our clockwork friend, I refuse to let circumstances keep me down.

Thank you. Unfortunately, we have no such insurance. Would be nice, but wasn't in regular budget. Thankfully I have amazing friends that are already offering help to get the place cleaned up and sorted again. We're trying to coordinate now.
I wish you the best of luck in sorting everything out. There's no need to apologize. The explanation says enough and it's not your fault. Go take care of things and don't worry about us for a while.
