Stand With Equestria: Origin of Harmony's Grand Stand/OC List! · 6:04am May 3rd, 2019
Per the request of Sunny Milk, I'm making this blog post to provide a public listing for OCs/Stands that are suggested to me that are not immediately used. This stockpile is of characters and Stands that are suggested, but are not in the chapters that they are in. I can use them forever, and if the situation gets the all-clear from me, the wonderful commenters and readers can also include them in their suggestions.
I will not be making a new post of this until Part 2, so this is just for Origin of Harmony. Instead, I will edit this with each new Stand/OC suggested, so check back after the initial spree of comments is posted!
And yes, if you want, you can comment on the blog post proper to suggest things in addition to just including them in your comments. If you want them to be used now, do it in a chapter comment, but if you want them stored for later use, say so here.

1. Daft Punk/Daft Punk Requiem: Amplification/Resistance Stand
2. Radioactive: Light Manipulatory Stand

5. End of the World: Elemental Control Stand
6. Feel Invincible: Unknown power, suggested in PMs for Rainbow Dash

2. Lupina: Stand's Name is Evolution, Stand's Power is Plant-Life Mutation. Intelligent Timberwolf
3. Cinders: Stand's Name is Endless Debt, Stand's Power is Luck Harvesting (with possibility of backfire) and Gambling Weapons. Dragon
4. Ziggy: Stand's Name is Space Oddity, Stand's Power is Gravity Manipulation. Diamond Dog. To definitely be included in Chapter 14.
5. Hopeless Masquerade: Stand's Name is Go West, Stand's Power is Self-Transmogrification. Pony.
6. Name TBD, Archetype is Hardened Child: Stand's Name is Gives You Hell, Stand's Power is Retaliatory Manipulation of the Deepest Regret of an attacker. Pony.
7. Name TBD: Stand's Name is Nearly Departed, Stand's Power is Zombification via Puppetry. Crow Griffin, described as "Dusty and old"
8. Name TBD: Stand's Name is Devastation and Reform, Stand's Power uses the right hand to disintegrate a target object, while the left hand regenerates with possibility of backfire. Unknown species.
9. Name TBD: Stand's Name is My Lullaby, Stand's Power sings a melody that causes horrific nightmares, with damage and death from the nightmares transferring over. Cat Person, described as "Vengeful"
10. Name TBD: Stand's Name is Unravel, Stand's Power, well, unravels a target into edible string that can be consumed for a power boost, though the target is still somewhat alive. Unknown species.
11. Name TBD: Stand's Name is Peace Sign, Stand's Power is a Soothing Mist with possibility of over-draw. Breezie, described as "Adventurous"
So taking a small break from studying, saw this, and did a quick look through my playlist for some Stabd ideas. These are the ones that immediately came to mind, so the Users themselves are vague if they are given.
Also, good mix of Disney, anime, and other songs, though all versions used aside from songs from bands are cover versions.
Also, no clue how Stand ranking works, so none of that sadly.
Here it is:
Stand: Gives You Hell
User: Hardened Child (rises on streets)
Ability: Can bring to reality targets deepest, darkest regret, but only after it’s User is physically attacked with malicious intentions. Attacks against the Stand itself do not cause its power to activate.
Stand: Nearly Departed
User: Crusty old Crow griffon
Ability: Can restore any dead material in surrounding area as brainless minions. More recent the departure the more long lasting the puppets last.
Stand: Devastation and Reform
User: ???
Ability: Right hand designates whatever it touches, and longer it holds on the farther the disintegration travels. Left hand does opposite, regenerating whatever it touches and etc, however if hold on too long can over-regenerate and causes whatever it’s touching to reform to the point of ‘breaking’
Stand: My Lullaby
User: Vengeful Cat Person (from movie)
Ability: Sings a haunting melody that causes all in range to enter a nightmarish sleep. The dreams start pleasant, but turn cruel and twisted. Any damage/death in dreams affect real body
Stand: Unravel
User: ???
Ability: Causes whatever it touches to start unraveling like string, which it then eats (or adds to its body) to gain a temporary power boost associated with what it attacked. Does not instantly kill, and can be undone if User wills it or is retired (death or unconsciousness).
Stand: Peace Sign
User: An Adventurous Breezie
Ability: Generates a calming aura or mist (either in a area of effect or sprayed at target can’t decide) that instantly causes those in range to relax and drop their guard. Per-long exposure can cause body to relax too much, leading to full mental/bodily shutdown.

Awesome. :D Edited the post to include these characters, should be a fun time if and when they show up.
And don't worry about it. When they show up, and no one's specifically commented (meaning it'd be my decision), I'll tell them they came from the blog. And if someone does comment, they obviously read the blog, so it can still stand on it's own (pun intended.)
So got another idea for a Stand. Don't have a design for it, just the power, the type of user who would have it, and name.
Stand Name: Follow Me (named after the song by Written By Wolves)
User: Someone near-psychotic and who prefers to act upon their baser instincts
Ability: Forces everyone in a radius around the User to act upon their deepest, most buried, base desires. It is possible to resist if one's willpower is strong enough, but even while resisting the Stand will be whispering in their mind to submit. Notably, the User of this Stand is exempt from the effect of this ability.
