[THE LIST] In which I show off I'm a dirty old nag · 4:12pm Apr 25th, 2019
This list is not about my favorite stories of all time. That's my favorites list and one of these days I may get around to writing reviews of those fics.
The List is about stand-out, in-progress works that deserve more love, for whatever reason. In addition to general reviews of the fics, these blog posts will tell why I picked a particular story and highlight any features the reader should look out for. Spoilers will be appropriately marked, so you'll be able to read my reviews with confidence that you'll be able to read the story itself and experience the same surprise and delight I did when I first found it.
Also, authors and fans of works will be able to submit stories. Your particular selection may not make it onto the list, and the more information you give me for why you think it should be featured, the more likely I'll be to read and post it. To submit a fiction, simply PM me through FiMFiction's link on my profile.

Twilight's Secret, Celestia's Obsession
by
The Dungeon Maestro1
Remember a while back when I said I'd be posting some NSFW stuff? Yeah, I wrote that post with THIS fic in mind. Don't read this if you don't want to be directed to clop. You have been warned, don't blame me if this scars you for life gets you fired.
Premise
Twilight Sparkle is hot for teacher. She's also got a particular physical feature that makes it rather difficult to change clothes in the ladies locker room without drawing undue (possibly unwanted) attention as a result of an accident with magic research from her youth. Compounding the problem is her recent ascension to alicorn-hood, which simply took all her features and made them...more. Curvier in all the right places, bustier in all the right ways, and more packed in the panties than ever before, Twilight has been using magic to hide that little problem that marks her as being more than a mare.
Meanwhile, Celestia has been literally torturing herself for a decade, finding herself attracted to her student as she grows to an attractive young mare. When Twilight ascends to being an alicorn, Celestia finally gives herself permission to court another pony for the first time ever. That's right, Celestia is a virgin.
Luna, of course, is having a grand time.
Princess Columbia's Synopsis
It's hard to synopsize a clop fic, 'cause it's all about smashing the "O" button as fast and hard as possible, but this story has a good amount of actual cute and flirty romance in it as well. Of note is this is an anthro AU set in an Equestria without a mirror portal to a "human" world. Also note that while the word "futa" isn't used in the fic and the story was first penned before clop was getting spoiler-tagged in the description as a matter of course, Twilight is a futa mare.
Why am I highlighting this fic?
If you gotta make a clop-fic, WRITE IT LIKE THIS! It's well written, there's world-building, the whole thing happens in-context, and there's actually consequences to the character's actions.
What makes this fic particularly good?
This isn't just "sex scenes from a hat." You can see there's some TLC in the execution of the fic, and the non-clop portions of the fic are actually important to the story, just as the clop portions being absent would make this fic feel a little bit sparse. Clop may be escapist fantasy, but The Dungeon Maestro manages to remember that all fiction is escapist fantasy, and consequently remembers to give all parts of the fic the attention it deserves.
Who would like this fic?
Celestia-Twilight shippers (we can't use the term "SunLight" for this pairing anymore, darnit!), futa fans, clop lovers, romance lovers, and people that like humor sprinkled into their clop.
Does the author monetize?2
No, be sure to drop them a line to encourage them to become a filthy, filthy capitalist.
- Endorsement on Princess Columbia's List is an endorsement of the selected work of fiction only and is not intended to endorse the creator of the work in any other way.
- Why highlight whether the author monetizes their work? By providing renumeration to the author, you often get the opportunity to request certain works be given higher priority. Additionally, when a person is able to get paid for their passion on their terms, it can often allow them to cut out things that otherwise distract from said passion, like a day job. Wow. I don't know what to say. Thank you so much for these kind words! I've been absent from the fandom for quite some time, grappling with some IRL issues, and honestly I didn't think anyone really remembered this, but I'm glad you enjoyed my ramblings enough to post this. You've given me some much-needed hope in a somewhat dark time. Thank you
