Here lies Knight’s Neighbor. The idea was that Knight was going to have a next door neighbor that lived next to Stalia’s library, and he was going to be like Ned Flanders in a sense. He would have acted nice and had no real issues with Knight and looked past all the events that would have taken place. He would have been a family stallion, maybe would have had a mustache and constantly wore a weird hat thing, and occasionally Knight would use him as a punching bag personally… His only appearance, at least as far as I can remember was back in Episode 13, the original one, where Knight put the unborn fetus into his mailbox…or was that episode 7? Well, whatever the case maybe…he got the ax…literally...we’re going to pretend that in some universe, Knight had enough of him, went into his home, and axed him off…what a way to go… And if you feel sad for this…thing…please pay your respects now…F F in the comment sections… F’s everywhere… he he he…

Here lies, Universal Magic 101. So way, way back in the early years of this story, I started a little something called Universal magic 101. Or UM101 for short. UM101 was going to be this sort of class like thing where it was going to give all of this detail and shit, where everything would be explained and pretty much just a really detailed encyclopedia or Wikipedia page or something like that. It was going to detail everything. And I was going to do it in a class room like setting sort of like, “Lesson 1: blah blah blah.” But the issue was that, 1. It wasn’t well thought out. The idea sounded nice, but I wasn’t really prepared for such a task. 2. I was like in a way drunk when I wrote it. Half drunken state, half sleepy state you could say. Because it was all in the middle of the night, like one or two in the morning and I wanted to get it done, and then for whatever reason I thought it was a good idea to go ahead and do it and that’s what I did. And by the time morning came up…I saw what I did…it was terrible, so I deleted that old UM101 blog post and no pony remembers it. But I do…but that’s was a long time ago because we’re going to resurrect it’s dead corpse…metaphorically speaking that is, by having that Wiki that I mentioned one day…not sure when…but it’ll happen one of these days…far…far from now…

And then hopefully by then the voices in my head will stop telling me to get the knife…no…no I won’t get the knife voices. I’ll just lock the door and go into the corner of my room instead. Here lies the original Prologue. So basically saying, for those that do not know, Universal magic started on March 21st, 2013. Now if you look at the first episode, it says March 22nd, 2013. But originally I had an old, separate prologue up, it was a little over a thousand words or so, and that’s what started off Universal magic. Sadly it was shit so we had to put it down. But to give a vague idea what it had in it, it started off Knight in a cave in Equestria somewhere in the Everfree Forrest…and then it would go on from there to explain the whole premise and what was going to happen and shit…

Here Lies Prologue The Second. So yeah, there was a second version of the prologue. I had realized after a few months that the original one was shit, so I decided to give it a second shot. And obviously, as you can tell, it didn’t go so well. I don’t know if I have the second prologue anymore saved on my hard drive, but if I remember correctly, it started off with Knight at the end of the third act, the big finale and one of those, “So you must be wondering how did I get here?” stupid thing. Yeah…clearly the prologue that I have now is way much better, short and sweet, to the point, it’s good. Well, maybe not the best that it could be, but…fuck…I’m not good at poetry…what do you expect? But it’s decent at least…

Here lies Episode 1. The original episode 1 I should say. And I am unsure when I replaced the old Episode 1 with the current one, so it’s safe to assume that it was 2013, but I could be wrong, it probably died in like 2014, but I don’t remember 100 percent on that. Anyways, there’s not much to say other than what was in it was basically what you have read in the now current Episode 1. Just a lot more shittier and weirder…

Here is Episode 1.5. Yeah, that’s right…there was a .5…and basically it started off with Twilight and Celestia walking and finding that beam of light shit and finding Knight and whatnot. Not much to say other than when I decided to rewrite the first episode, along with the prologue, I went ahead and combined Episode 1 and 1.5. I only ever separated it if I remember correctly because it felt like it’s a separate thing but at the same time not really. I don’t know...but it’s dead so we can all point and laugh at its corpse.

Here lies Episode 2. Again, an old version of Episode 2. I honestly don’t remember much about it to be honest with it and can’t recall much, at least off the top of my head. I still have the old version somewhere on my hard drive, but I ain’t looking it up for this shit. All I can remember was that it was shit, so I rewrote it and replaced it sometime back in 2014. Granted though, I won’t lie the current version feels a bit too long…but I can live with it. It’s not perfect, nor will anything in UM will ever be perfect, but I can live with it. Besides…it’s at least better than the original Episode 2 at least. Because trust me…you probably don't want to know…

Here lies Episode 3: Again, the original episode 3. And you might be wondering why 2013/2015? Well, Episode 3/3.5 was originally all in one. But what happened was that towards the end, where they go into the Everfree forest and shit, it wasn’t…well thought out. It was rushed and there wasn’t much to it so I decided to fix that and rewrote the last half of 3, but at the time I went ahead and called it 3.5 because…shit…I forgot why…and as far as regrets go, I only regret one joke in that, mostly because it hasn't aged well and I’m sure you’ll know if you have read it. But anything else other than that, that was the 3.5 part. But what about the First half?
Well guess what, that was shit too, but it took me up until 2015 to re-write it, mostly because I had some troubles in the real world that I had to go through that kept me from doing certain things. But eventually after Writing episode 22, I re-wrote Episode 3, the first half anyway, And it’s a lot better and it really showed who the characters are and stuff like that. Originally, it wasn’t like that at all. But I still have the original version of course, buuuuuuut…I also have in my possession an even earlier version, a pre-edit version you could say, for the prologue, episode 1, 1.5, 2, and the first half of three...that’s printed out only with one copy…It’s not that interesting, but I thought I would share that because I have no fucking clue what I’m saying right now…

“When is the baby due? Bus Stop”
Here lies, the Original Universal magic. So the whole thing has evolved over time, and clearly what I have planned right now, the whole episode 711 and shit like that isn’t how it originally was of course. This shit didn’t happen overnight. It took time, So the original conception of universal magic was merely a simple idea. The idea: What if a human traveled to Equestria and had to repeat what Twilight went through in the show, but instead of mares, it’s stallions and shit like that. And obviously I have still kept that concept, but it’s been greatly expanded upon. But that’s all the idea was going to be. Knight was going to be Celestia’s second personal student, he goes to Stalia, has to repeat the stuff that Twilight did like in the show, at least up until Season 3 so roughly 69 episodes or something that in total. And the big finale would have been a fight between TF and Knight with his new “friends” plus the mane 6 as well as Celestia and TK and Factory Dash. And that would have been it, and I think somewhere in my mind, Knight would have continued to live in Equestria and shit like that and I even questioned if it continued, since after reliving through season 3 episodes, obviously he would have gotten wings and been crowned a prince or something like that. But nothing really became of it. The only reason why it’s been expanded the way it has is because of Episode 7 more or less.
I liked the idea of Doctor Whooves a lot, and decided to add that in as a little bonus, so it had nothing to do with the reliving through the show. And at the time, my only fan for the story said he liked it, and in my mind that pretty much meant he liked the idea that I was doing my original stuff instead of basing the episodes off of what happened in the show, so I went ahead and crammed a lot other ideas in one night and see what I could do to expand. And yeah, it wasn’t perfect at first, but it was a start. And that was basically the entire original idea. Now, that’s not it either. There are also the elements of protection, which at the time I didn’t even have a name for it yet, mostly because I couldn’t think of one at the time. But anyways, the characters had a different personality somewhat. Neon was always Neon, he was like born in five seconds...literally…although his only trait was being random and nothing else. No weird or creepy back-story, none of that, so he has evolved over time. Mac Farmer, he was originally going to grow corn or something like that, and it was unknown if he was going to be related to the apples. He would have had a grandpa more or less and wasn’t as abusive. Arrell, he was going to have an Australian accent (Wait does he still have that voice? I forgot if I had that detail in the rewrite…I don’t think so…) And he was going to have like Brad Pitt’s hair or some stupid shit like that. I don’t know… Then you had Classy jack, he came off as weird, and was supposed to be like the male version of rarity.
All proper and shit, but wouldn’t mind getting his hooves dirty if he had to, but it was just…fucking weird. Also something about his mane being like Bradley Cooper or some shit… And Forrest Fire, originally he was either going to be Sorin or a Sorin look alike, and I sort of went with that at first, but that clearly has changed…a lot… As for Wolf, there isn’t much to say about him other than his character changed through just him being turned into this broken, drunken, mess. And I mean as his character, not what went on behind the scenes. There isn’t too much to say other than he always had that voice that sounded like Brain Griffin. That idea was always there. As for Knight, I would also say his character changed somewhat. He went from a meh-ish kind of character with not much to a character that actually has personality. Yeah…I fucked up back then…but now it’s better and while I wouldn’t say I have everything figured out, because I’m pretty sure I’ll never have everything figured out, I definitely have come a long way, mostly through trial and error and stuff like that and gotten better with all of this.
As with TK and Factory Dash, mot much has changed with them other than adding something's to them, not much to say about them too much. To be fair, TK was the one that I had figured out the most at the start. But...whatever…the original Universal Magic is dead…so dance on its grave if you want. I recommend dancing to something Mexican…like the Salsa…or something…I have no fucking clue if that’s even a real dance to be honest. I think it is…but I’m not sure…you know what should be a dance though, or at least a name of dance? The Charleston Chew…or Fuck Bees…yeah that would be cool.

Here lies, the original Episode count: 625. Yeah so, we’re putting the old episode count in the grave, why not? Got to respect the dead or some shit or else the ghost of the Easter Bunny is going to haunt my ass. And it’s always the Easter Bunny’s ghost, but never Santa Claus's ghost. Well, the old original episode in total was going to be 625. I know it doesn’t mean much to you guys, but it sort of does to me, especially considering I was planning a lot of things around that number as well as having that number stuck in my head. I’ll be honest, while first planning Universal magic, I didn’t know how long it was going to go for. Like what was the episode count going to be and everything. In the beginning, you could say I was winging it and guessing how everything was going to be. And for whatever reason I magically stopped at 625 episode at originally 24 seasons. I don’t know why, I just felt like it was enough for it at the time, but now of course things changed and now it’s over 700. Reason for that change because I had finally thought of a better ending. And don’t worry, we’ll get to that grave on our tour in a little bit. But right now, bow your heads down and pay respect to 625 or else the ghost of the Easter Bunny is going to make sure it stares at you while you’re sleeping…because that is what it likes to do when you least expect it…

Here lies: The Universes: My Little Pony. So you might be asking what the fuck is this? Well this was the old, original title. And this convey two things. One, it implies that it’s part of something bigger, which in a sense, yes, but technically no. And second, it also implies that something happened…so what happened? Well, I’ll admit, the titled is shit, but on March 21st, 2013, I finally made my account on here and decided to publish this story first. The issue: I had no name for it. Literally, no name for the story that I was writing. I had no clue what to call it. And the document that story was under on my computer was just “Sorta of a grimdark” exactly like that, for the most part. It’s in 11 sized font in Broadway style font ad that's how I write my stuff. But that’s it, and yes, even the spelling mistake was unintentional and what not. And when I was putting the story up for the first time, I was kind of under pressure as I had somewhere to be that day, so I had to think of a name fast. And what was that name was...well that…and I’m glad it’s dead..because no one cares…and it only lasted for a few days anyways so who cares…

Here lies: Alternate names. So yeah, obviously if I was going to change the name, new ideas had to come up. Now, Universal magic is pretty much my thing, I've done every single thing here that you see. I do writing, the editing, the proof reading. As far as attempts to try and get an editor, I’ve tried many of times, but with no luck. In fact, as of recently, I got contacted by someone…but no response back…but oh well. So…what you see here is all by me. I wrote and edited it all by myself and while I would like to get help by this point whether it be for the writing, editing, or proofreading…unless that day actually comes…it’s just been me here. All except for the title. Yeah, I admit, the title that you see wasn’t by me. It was done by the user on here Thewatcher509. So here’s how it all happened. When I first published the story, I only had one fan…and that was that guy. At the time, I thought he genuinely liked it, but now I’m pretty sure it was out of pity because being a first timer and what not…he was at least willing to give me some support so I thank him for that. But anyways, I went ahead and made a blog post (That is long gone…), what new names should there be for this story? And TheWatcher509 was pretty much the one responding to that and he gave me a few suggestions.

Obviously I picked Universal magic and tagged My Little Pony to it and let UM be a subtitle, so you could say it was a collaborative effort…but…meh… Anyways, as for the other two titles, if you’re curious about those names, uhhh…with the second pony life thing that was because there was that line in the original prologue that Knight mentioned where he had gone to Equestria before. And technically it’s there I think, but it didn’t sound so enticing and it really wasn’t the main focus. As for The Knight Rises…it sounded cool…and I think if I remember correctly I was considering going for that one…but Universal Magic sounded a lot better. So anyways, after picking the UM name, I said thanks for the ideas, I’ll give you credit in the description. And he said I didn’t have to, but he appreciated it. (And I know it’s starting to sound a little suspicious with the blog post being gone and what not, but don’t worry, we’ll get to that grave…) And I did…but things changed, and TheWatcher509 isn’t around anymore. Mostly because the last time I talked to him, he pretty much said the fandom was dead to him so he left. And to be honest I don’t think he even remembers UM or even cares to remember. And while I don’t mind putting the credit back up…I don’t think anyone cares. If it was a writer that helped wrote an episode, people would give a shit, but because it’s just a title, especially to a title for a My Little Pony fan fiction story of all things with more dislikes than likes…no one gives a shit. Not even he gives a shit so why even bother having it up. I think as long as people know how it all happened, that’s all that matters, but even then honestly, who gives a shit about the fucking title? I kind of do a little bit…but still…

Here lies: Prince of the Everfree. So basically saying an old idea was that Knight was going to be sort of like a prince of the Everfree Forest…for whatever reason. Yeah, it’s dumb, but for the most part why it was scrapped was because I just forgot about it and I just honestly remembered it like a few months ago. That's how forgettable it is. That and I didn’t honestly have any plans to really expand on it over the years so it just kind of sat there like a big nothing bugger…and honestly…meh. The only ideas for this concept was that Knight would have some control over the animals in the Everfree a little bit, like they would like him a little bit and shit. But meh…
R.I.P. The two endings

Here lies: The two endings. So basically this grave is reserved for the original two endings for the story. I had two endings originally planned and that was the good ending and the bad ending. Why? I don’t know…just like the title, you think I had any clue how to end something like this? I knew how to start it and how to continue it, but not how end it or what to call it. And I think that’s due in part because I’m a terrible explainer in some cases…but whatever. So I just went with that classic, good ending and bad ending. The good ending originally didn’t have much to go off of other than it was your typical, happy ending, no details other than at the very end, Knight would have been recognized the prince and the little brother of Celestia and Luna by all of Equestria…happy endings and shit. As for the bad ending, it’s pretty much what one of the bad endings that I have right now. Except…it would have gone into a spin off series. But first, why did it change?
Well obviously it didn’t feel complete, it felt like something was missing and one of the ideas that I had was the UU. And if you took a look at the other stuff already, you know what I mean, but I had that in mind it was sort of going to leave on a cliff hanger for that, but not do anything with it, so I felt like it was my duty that I had to do something with it and make it feel complete. And with the 6.5 endings with the secret seventh ending, it feels complete Mostly because it’s much more than just a good ending and a bad ending. Honesty if was just a good ending and a bad ending, then it would have fucking shit, despite the spin off thing even. With UM it’s all about alternate universes and other realities and shit. And it doesn’t take one possible idea, but as many possible ideas that it can go through. And it is reflected with the endings as well. There isn’t necessarily one definitive ending. There are multiple because that it needs to be because if it wasn’t then it would be very underwhelming to say the least. And so I’m glad there are the 6.5 ending with the secret seventh ending. Even the .5 ending reflects what UM is about, (As well as that one review…) As for the secret seventh ending, all I can say is that reflects the passion behind UM as well as those that have stuck along with the series thus far and such…but that’s all I’m going to say. And all in all…I’m glad these two endings died the way that it did…

“I have a bad case of Diarrhea”
Her lies: Spin off series. Yeah I didn’t have a name for it…but basically saying it would have taken place after UM and assuming the reader chose the bad ending. Basically saying, Knight‘s back is broken, he’s pretty much a cripple, Wolf is barely hanging on and all of his friends are dead. And he pretty much tries to end it all, but decides to use that thing that he was given to turn back time to right the wrongs and be who he was meant to be. So that happens, he lives a normal life, and by the time he’s grown older, can rule by his two sister’s sides and whatnot, he starts to remember what happened before though he’s not supposed to, and partly because of Black even though everything fixed by going back through time, he was still the one villain clinging onto Knight. And he threatens Knight’s new existence, new peaceful life that he was so after for and by the end of it all, in order to protect the ones that he loves, he commits suicide in order to kill Black and protect his loved ones. And that would have been essentially the spin off if you would have chosen the bad ending. There would be no spin off series with the good ending, and the reason why this was scrapped was because I couldn’t give less of enough of a shit for this spin off. I thought it was a neat little idea at first, but over time I became mostly cynical towards it and couldn’t care less about it. And I still don’t…

Here lies: That thing that’s on the tombstone… So I just remembered this as I was writing the thing about the last grave, completely forgot about it until now, but there is a missing scene from one of the rewrites from I believe it was the prologue. The second version of it if I remember correctly, but I could be wrong, it could have been with the third (and current version) of the first episode. I can’t remember, but basically saying I had this idea for a scene for the first episode where back on Earth, before he went to the outside of the universe, he was so depressed that he went out on his own, tried to steal from a gas station, and rented a motel room, took a shotgun (from somewhere…) and tried to blow his brains out while in the middle of the night, but couldn’t do it because he didn’t have the balls…and that was the scene. I wrote it, was going to put it in,…but then I thought this was fucking stupid of me, why? That’s not Knight, and I believe I deleted it so it’s pretty much lost. I just completely forgot about it to be honest…

Here lies: BUS STOP. So basically saying, while this doesn’t have a whole lot to do with UM, it kind of does and respects have to paid…so meh… Look, Dad said we have to pay our respects or else he’ll get the belt out, he didn't say we have to like it. So anyways, long ago when I first started on here, I did blog posts. Some of it were updates, some of it was fun stuff, and some of it was stuff that I would try to do daily. Like every Friday or Saturday night would be movie review night…from the latest movies at the theatres and I would have characters come in and do little jokes or some shit.
Really, I couldn’t keep up with it and I was always late with that shit, but some of the stuff was dedicated to UM like some lost stuff and shit. And honestly there isn’t much to talk about (Other than why the old blog posts are gone…wink wink…) And it’s mostly because it’s a long story short, I needed a fresh start so I got the “Bright idea” to delete everything and shit. Hell, you think TMG was my original username? Hell no, I had another username that was retarded, because it sounded like it was retarded and didn’t think it through…so I changed to what you see now…which is also sort of retarded because I didn’t plan ahead what was going to come afterwards, but I believe you only allowed one re-branding, so I just have live with my mistake sadly. And yes, I regret getting rid of those old blogs. They may have been stupid…but they were my stupid…

Here Lies: Bounty Hunter Spin off. Ok, so long story short, I had originally planned on a spin off series about Knight being a Bounty Hunter for no reason at all in between episode. Obviously, over time I lost interest in it, but I wouldn’t mind bringing it back in alternate, but there’s not much to say other than there would have been an episode where it was the Bounty Hunter games, where all the Bounty Hunters gets together and help each other and catch the crooks and shit…fun shit…

They say it’s “Immoral” and “illegal” fucking cops…what do they know? Well anyways, there isn’t much to say as there wasn’t too much paned other than it was going to be mostly be a comedic episode and it was going to focus on Ghost, you know…that hambone…and he has a problem and Knight needs to fix it. Yeah, not much was thought up at the time, but it got scrapped as I lost interest in it and thought I was just going to poke a little fun at him and that was it…you know, on the side…but now I’ve got a really good idea and how to bring it back and it’ll be different of course…so…yeah…

Here lies: Episode Commentary. Ok, so while this is technically not dead…it got reincarnated in some other form…that being character commentary…with only one so far but I’m planning on more…depending whenever I get the day and time…that is… But anyways, I tried to doing it way earlier, like 2013 earlier, and there’s not much to say as it went away with the other blog posts, so I can’t say too much other than it wasn’t too special…kind of boring…maybe pointless…I don’t have much recollection of it to be honest…and it’s gone…long gone so…it’s lost media bitch…

Here lies: A hacker's Delight. Ok, another scrapped episode, one that’ll not be resurrected for sure. It was a weird one and I kind of felt for it…but later down the road I just thought it was too weird and…meh-ish…so I decided to get rid of it. If I remember correctly, the episode was going to be all about Knight getting visited by a mysterious hacking group, I think maybe trying to kill him or something, and they know about knight and his origins and shit. So Knight and TK or something goes and try to find the hacking group, but it turns out they were dead all this time and it was someone else pulling the strings…and the hackers were going to have this really weird and creepy smiles on their faces…yeah…just so you know, there's no body in this grave. We burned the corpse to ashes and dumped it into some kid’s chocolate milk…that kid will be haunted for the rest of his days…

Ok so I have a lot of other scrapped episodes and I’m not going to lie, I’m too lazy to try and find all of the scrapped episodes because I honestly forgot which one is which and shit because a lot has changed and over the course of six years and I can’t even remember all the episodes and their names. So what we’re going to just do and do what New York City does, and just dump all the dead bodies into one grave and call it a day. Here lies: Episode 23. Ok so you might be confused, just as much as I am, but this is basically the last grave…for now…and it’s for Episode 23 for two reasons. One, Episode 23 has yet to be completed as I’m writing this and has been…what, four years and I’m not even done with Episode 23…let alone season 1? So to put it simply, Episode 23 was supposed to be the episode where Knight and Neon have to help out the griffin guy and get him out of debt so they go on a sort of a road trip, robbing places to get 50,000,000 dollars in order to pay back BronyDanceParty the money he owes him, and it would have been fun and shit. It’s still going to be that…the issues was and still is that there was some side stuff, and when I mean by side stuff…well I’m sure you know what I fucking mean. Look, the beginning of the episode was supposed to be short and simple…but then it turned out I underestimated things. First it was Knight and TK breaking into Cantorlot Castle, which wasn’t supposed to be that long…but the thing is that’s how it was in my head.
The thing is, I don’t plot every single detail down in my head, so it seemed like it wasn’t going to take a long time…but in reality it did because like I said, I under estimated the forecast and so it became almost 150,000 words longs. And then 23-2 came along and again...I under estimated and sure as hell didn’t expect to reach over 200,000 words long… And now, as of writing this, I'm working on 23-3, which will also have a prologue attached to it because…again, I under estimated how things were going to go, and that prologue will more than likely be 100,000 words long or so, and the main 23-3’s forecast is still up in the air, but with the outline I wrote so for, judging if each page (which keep in mind I hand wrote the outline so far…) is 3K-5K words roughly…if to say that’s how it is…then I’m looking at 300,000K. That sounds ridiculous, and I sure as hell don’t believe that and I feel like I’m over shooting the forecast…but then again I didn’t expect the 200,000K either so who knows, we’ll just have to wait and see how things go in the future. And then there is still 23-4, which is supposed to be were the whole satellite thing gets taken care of as mentioned in a previous episode along with TK and Knight fixing the shit that they did when the broke into the castle… which, the forecast says around 100,000K, but who knows for sure. And Episode 23-5…is the original, intended plot thing…and then I get to move on to Episode 24. And I’m pretty sure this will put me over a million words, so big fucking woopty do… Also…Two, 23-3 went through some changes…that much I’ll say…
