This was an alternate scene when I was originally trying to rush this special to get it done on time. But what ended up happening was that as I gave up on the whole deadline thing, I started to get a better idea for the story, and this was...just basically an old idea left over...a rushed idea...but here is...so enjoy...
I then said to him, "Look...Forrest...I know you can play along with this whole special thing...but honestly, we're just kind of tired from the last Halloween special. Besides, we're just bored and all and...shit if know why everyone else is down in the dumps. I know why I am though. Wolf is at home and he doesn't want to pick up his shit. I'm tired of picking it up for him. But he doesn't move his fat, lazy wooden ass so I just came here to get a drink. When I get back there tonight, I'll fucking kick his ass for sure."
Forrest, who was still smiling, "Ohhhh...how...unfortunate.....well I just thought we all hang out here as usual and..."
Arrell cut him off and he then said, "Nah...we've been here for at least an hour now."
Forrest 's smile then disappeared and then had a disappointed look on his face and asked, "An hour? You mean I was late?"
Arrell then said, "Nope...we just kind of come and go as we please. Besides, we've got shit to do, so we better get going and stuff. Better luck next time Forrest."
Jack then butted in and said, "Yeah, same here...I've got to go and break a pony's leg in because he owes me some money that he has yet to pay back. But I'll get it out of that little boy...just need to wait for him when gets out of school is all.
Forrest then said, "Wait...before you guys go...I was wondering if you all would want to come to my Christmas party tomorrow night?"
Mac then got a bit curious and he asked Forrest, "Christmas party? Are you going to invite applejack?"
Forrest then said to Mac, "No! It'll just be us guys, just us friends!"
Mac then took one last swig of his beer, which was almost empty, and after he took his swig, he then said, "I'm in then!"
Mac then got up from his seat and started to walk away, but as he passed by Forrest, he then said to him, "See you there buddy."
He then burped and walked away without saying excuse me. As for the others, Arrell said, "Well...I guess if Mac is going, we're going too I suppose. See you then Forrest."
Arrell got up and walked away and out the door. Then Jack got up and was heading towards the door as he said to Forrest, "I'll be there too!"
And then Neon got up from his seat and then said as he was jumping up and down too, "Can't wait to be there Forrest! I'll be sure to bring the dead bodies to bury!"
And then Neon walked out. As for me, I was still there. Forrest on the other hand, had his smile come back again and looked relived as he said, "Wow...that was a lot easier than I expected it to be."
Forrest was looking at the door that the guys had just walked out of as he said those words.
As for me, I was taking a swig, and after I had took a sip, I then asked Forrest, "Since when did you started throwing parties?"
Forrest then had big eyes and looked like if he was guilty of something and got caught doing it.
He then said with a bit of an awkward smile on his face, "Ohhh...uhhh....what do you mean Knight? I'm always out there...throwing parties and what not...you know me...ha ha ha..."
Forrest was then lightly, putting both of his hooves together and clopping them and making a slight sound out of it due to him being nervous.
I gave him a slight look of suspicion but I then said to him, "Well you don't seem to be the party type. I would argue, but I need to get going. I got some wooden ass to kick. That and the studio is making me get everyone coffee so...fuck me and my life."
I then got up from my seat and I then said, "Well...see you later Forrest. Don't fuck up this Christmas special...it's all on you this time."
And as I was out the door, Forrest waved to me and said with a smile, "See you at the party Knight!"
And Forrest was all alone, drinking his beer...pretty much atmospheric for the bar that was. Of course we didn't need to pay the bartender as we had a tab and stuff. Yeah that's right...I said stuff...and not shit...I can control my problem, don't worry. Anyways as for Forrest, he didn't say a word, he just sat there all alone with a smile and his thoughts.
He had out one hoof on the bar and laid his head on that hoof, as if he was bored but really he had many things going through his head. He thought of the many things that we were all going to do together and to him, that was all he needed. And so with that being said, Forrest finished up his drink and was soon out the door, ready to go back home and rest for tomorrow was Christmas eve. Forrest went out into the streets of Stalia, with a big smile upon his face and a little twinkle in his eyes.
He was eager to get back to his home and go to sleep so the time would go by fast and tomorrow would come even much faster than counting the second as they go by on a clock.
