Hey, everyone.
I'm pinning this to 'The Bug in The Basement,' but it also applies to my recent anthology story 'Little Fragments.'
As I am sure some of you have noticed, there has been a noticeable lack of updates to my stories in the last couple of weeks. Well, when compared to my usual upload rate, at any rate. As people have come to expect frequent posts from me, I feel obligated to explain myself if I miss doing so for a time.
The tl;dr of it is this: Blame the f
cking snow for the delay, more coming SOONTM

In essence, in my home state, we've had a very unusual amount of snow. Well over a foot, and it all came down pretty much at once. I've never had to deal with so much snow in all of my memory. I mean, apparently it was worse than this one time when I was a few months old, but that's irrelevant. The point is, I've been cooped up inside my house a lot more than usual, and I get the feeling that the lack of proper exercise caused by that, as well as just a general lack of fresh air, hurled a monkey wrench into my motivation and creative juices.
That's the bad news. The good news is twofold: The snow has started to melt away, and it's melted enough that I was able to take a few walks and get some of my mojo back. As of now, I have written up another chapter for the as-of-yet unpublished Little Memories, which my editor will be going over in the near future, and I have gotten a good half of the next chapter of Bug in The Basement written. I'll be doing more of it at some point after I get up, probably, as I don't have work for the next few days.
Anyways, it's, like, 3:20 AM where I am. If I'm gonna do any writing, I need to pop over to the bed that rests 5 feet behind me and fall asleep. I'll see you strange, strange creatures when I see you.

i for one totally understand Skijarama weather every wear has been messed up for the last year and a half.
i have no problem in weighting for updates.
