...to myself daily (with the occasional check-in by the supervisor) leaves me with wild ideas in my head by the end of my shift. Manning a machine similar to this...
...can and sometimes will make for a long afternoon/evening. So what better way to pass the time than to come up with new story ideas.
So, you may be asking yourself (but probably aren't), what is the newest crazy idea he has come up with? Well, I'll tell you.
Being an 80's kid, I grew up with cartoons such as G.I. Joe, Transformers, Voltron, (the best) Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and of course, Thundercats. So what does this have to do with story ideas? Well... the last couple days I've had the Thundercats theme song (as well as a few others from the series) stuck in my head. So being a fan fiction writer, I've begun thinking about doing a one-off crossover between MLP: FIM and the 1985 version of Thundercats.
As of now the only thing I've come up with is Chrysalis teaming up with Mumm-Ra to attempt to destroy the Thundercats and take over Equestria at the same time.
Now begs the ultimate question. Would anyone be interested in reading a fic containing those two elements? Let me know in the comments.

P.S. There's one day left to suggest a baby name for SciTwi and Sunset Shimmer's bundle of joy before the drawing on Saturday night. 
Hm. Interesting idea. And the planet the Thundercats come from could potentially be close to Equestria; on the galactic scale anyway. That sounds interesting! And also gives a chance to use Capper and Abyssynia.

Eeh... Probably not in regards to Capper and Abyssynia. While they were okay in the movie, I don't really incorporate anything from it in any of my work.

Abyssynia never made it into the movie proper. The only way anyone would know that it's an actual place is if they read the prequel comics. But still, I can't blame you. The movie wasn't all that great...
