I spent a great deal of New Year's Eve working on Bushkeeper. After nearly two years of blood, sweat, and many, many tears, I'm proud to say it's completed.
I would do a yearly round-up for my statistics, but I honestly don't have the energy for it. I'll likely add it to this blog later if I feel like it, but for now, I just want to wish you all a happy new year.
It was truly an honor and a privilege to write for you all, and I hope that this end to the year and to Bushkeeper will bring me to overlook new horizons in 2019.
I will say this now in place of pending statistics. 2018... was a rough year for my writing. I didn't meet a lot of my goals, mostly out of sheer laziness and frequent fears over Bushkeeper's reception. But after finally bringing this story to a close, I want to say that 2018 was the best New Year's Eve I've had in a long time. The satisfaction I feel from completing the longest thing I've ever written is immeasurable.
Again and again, thank you all so much for your support over these past few years. I hope that some of you stick around to read any new horse I might post in the coming year!

Well, if you haven't seen it yet, I just released those final chapters; I found it satisfying, so I hope you do/did too. The hiatus seems so long ago now, but it gave me a lot of breathing room and time to think.
