Eyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy.
Boy oh boy, has this month been quite a conclusion to this year, and it isn't even New Year's Eve. A few unfortunate events that have occurred have kept me down, which might result in a short one-shot to vent what had happened. But that tragedy hasn't affected my well-being as much as my father...
My dad is still alive in case anyone is concerned and I'll answer the question preemptively.
This month's work has been less than average when it comes to earnings. It has affected me personally and finding motivation when trying to earn money while attempting to move forward in life discourages inspiration at times. I fear that I am slipping back into another slump. So I am aggressively looking to keep the coals burning. No, I am not setting up a Paypal donation jar out of pity for my petty feelings. I'm just being an honest writer being honest with my feelings to my readers, hence this blog.
And to be honest, I need some fire. A torch. Your torch. Throw it at my coals. Words of encouragement is all I ask.
I only ask this simple request because I want to write. And I cannot tell you how much it means to an artist when they are not only complemented but encouraged to press forward. Do that for me and I will guarantee more than just fanfiction.
I am starting new words tonight, both fanfiction and original.
It's time.
Ask and ye shall receive! You are a talented writer and the enjoyment I get from reading each new chapter of Hugs is more than worth the wait. It was, and remains, one of my favourite fics on the site so far.

Fero, you’re doing great as a writer and seem to be a very intelligent person. You have written some of my favorite romance stories as well as one of my favorite tragic tales, something that very few writers can do due to my picky taste in literature.
Your stories, at least the one’s I’ve read, have helped reenforce my belief that if the reader cares about the characters, then it will be a good story even if the ratings may not always show it.
While I’ve been working on what I believe will be my masterpiece writing project, I have often found myself thinking of how you set your characters up so well. Coming back to your stories and characters has helped serve as my guide to ensure I make a well rounded character.
And you have certainly had a hand in how I go about writing scenes between characters. It took me a while, but I eventually found interesting character interactions partly due to your influence.
I’ve only read your Fim related work, but I can hazard a guess and say your original work is more than likely on par with what you have here.
Also, No Hugs and Seconds Late are still two of my favorite stories that I frequently think about while building up my own world or characters.
You have a lot of skill as a writer and hopefully one day you can make an earning off an original tale. I’ve said this to only two other people on Fim, but if you do write an original book, let me know because I will buy it.
To be fair, your title asked for a torch so I found this. Many torches!

By saying that I have influenced you and have my stories be a blueprint for masterpiece is something I’ve always wanted (I think I might have said this to you before but whatever, here it is again maybe?).
