Her star shaped pendant is designed to help her control her powers. Like her dress, it is designed to grow with her. The pendant could also increase her power during battle. It is coated with the same scales as her so it is practically indestructible.
When both is used in combat, it would make Sparky an formidable foe, even to Godzilla.
Height issues:
The reason why Sparky could grow so tall is due to the fact that she has a large amount of growth hormones in her body. When she was young, she used a potion to ensure that she doesn't grow bigger. However, it only led to her body producing large amounts of growth hormones in her to compensate. Originally, she was suppose to be only 100 meters (328 feet) tall. But the overdose of growth hormones in her body enables her to grow up to 1000 meters tall. Since she is a hybrid, her magic allows her to control her height.
Don't expect her to grow to a 1000 meters tall monster unless she is really angry. She doesn't take the decision to grow to a 1000 meter tall monster easily. Her atomic breath is said to be stronger than Godzilla's as she has more experience using it and that her body is able to covert her magic to produce atomic flames for her to use.
In conclusion, Sparky is a Hybrid and that has gave her several advantages in combat than her father, Godzilla. Sparky _Q1___.
