Hi everyone,
I noticed that I have been very inactive as of late. The last chapter that was published was in 27th Apr 2019 which is about 3 months ago.
I am currently studying a course about Early Childhood in a Polytechnic. Let's just say managing children is a mentally draining job, so it really drains my energy easily. But not to worry, my school holidays are approaching, so it's about time to get some chapters published! Also, some characters in the main story will have their characters further explored in a new story I am working on. These characters include but re not limited to: Derpy, Sparky, Rommel, Clover (the clever), Night Light and Star Light.
Here is a sneak peak on a story that takes place before the event of the main story.
During the First Equine-Gryphon War, night time
With the Gryphon defeat looking imminent, Rommel look out at his armoured division. It looked so peaceful, the tanks on the field, the ponies sleeping in their tanks. There was a quiet breeze that made the grass sway side to side. Tomorrow, they will storm the city accomplishing the final victory of this campaign. His dragons sleeping on top of the tanks, all exhausted from the day's fight. He stepped out of his tent, looking at the city below. The gryphons has set up a thick defense line. The outside of the city was lined with barbed wire, probably laid with mines too. The fight in the city would be deadly. The gryphon forces inside the city outnumbered his forces three to one. He looked around, seeing that no one was awake, he shifted to his Unicorn form and used his horn to produce a faint gold light. A Light Fury landed next to him silently.
Rommel gestured to the Light Fury that he was going to enter the city on foot, in his current form. The Light Fury looked at him skeptically. Rommel trotted forward, the light fury following beside him. Rommel walked through the barbed wire as if it was never there, and used his magic to remove the buried mines. Slowly but surely, he reached the gryphon lines, all of them pointing thier rifles at him.
Side note: Sparky's daughter will be called Sparkle in order not to confuse everyone.
It's fine, I am sure it will be worth the wait
