After reviewing the list of characters, I've organized them into roles based on how much legible information was provided (personality, backstory, etc) and personality. Here is the list down below:
Main Character: Elizabeth Waters (Wrought-Iron)
Side1: Chad Frawley (Chadisdabomb04)
Side2: Patrick Walsh (Zaten the changeling)
Side3: Beckham “Beck” Woods (FanficReader920)
Simulation Side-character1/minor character1: Andy Smith (Naga is alive)
Simulation Side-character2/minor character2: John Copperton (Johnsparkly251)
Simulation Side-character3/minor character3: Jaxon Melberg (A nerd who likes ponies)
Minor character4: FlashTruth (Niclove)
Below are some requests for additional information for some of your characters:
Niclove, please provide more information on your character's personality. Upbringing and reasons for being in the simulation would be much appreciated, as well as additional skills. With the information you currently have provided, it'd be hard to write your character in as anything more than a cameo.
A nerd who likes ponies, you have a similar situation as Niclove, but have at least given your character a personality I can work with. Could you give some information on hobbies beyond singing?
Naga is alive, you have the opposite situation of A nerd who likes ponies. You've provided a useful skill and/or hobby for your character, but have next to nothing as far as personality goes. Could you describe your character's personality?
If not provided, I will attempt to fill in the blanks myself.
Keep in mind that due to the wide range of circumstances and backstories that your characters have, the story may be radically shifted in one direction or another. There's a good chance that many of your characters may not have even come from the simulation at all, even if they are listed above as "Simulation side character".
Planning is still all over the place right now, and I plan on doing most of the work over winter break. For now, I just have this character role sheet.

His upbringing/why he was in the simulation: he came from a very broken home, so needless to say, when he heard about a simulation world where he could escape to, he leaped at the oppertunity.

Dispesed(not happy with) the would's evil and injustes, and hisinibelity(he can't do that) to do something about it, he want's to go some where where there are smiles and happiness ever where, and were he filles that he can do something, help ever one (or at the lest one), where he can be some one, instted of some guy who is 20+ and stell live in his parents basement.Real life: has a pointless degree, can't find a job, has no real friends, only people who can tolorat him
Pony would: Can at the lest help out in almost ever think, (if he can't he know at lest who to ask or where to find the answers/help) filles like he is doing something, and helping out.

FlashTruth: 100% Crystal-pony; New-MoonRacer; He is a lite-colored (white, lite-blue or lite-gry or lite-...) crystal-pony with a (Dark-Brown or Black & Brown) mane, a fisher's hat and a orange cote. This is how he looks. He wears four magical crystal horseshoes, on each of his hooves. (which he use has a conductor for his magic). He is also a photographer. You would have a hard time knowing if he is being sarcastic, serious or making a joke. He is very, and I mean VERY cool with everything! Especially the L.B.G.T.Q.*/L.G.C.B.T.Q.H.F.I.S.A.N.D.P.O.K.M.* (But not mocking nor racist ponies.) But he mite be a bit too cool with everything, he likes to make jokes, but he assume too much that all the other ponies are cool with all things. He likes to help all his friends like Podiny, Daisy-Rose, Speed, Player, Green-Brid, Waiter, &... . He also likes to sing to girl's songs, and other things that would get guys called gay, fagot, or queer. He has always lived in New-MoonRacer, so he's not aware of the horror in the other places. He flies around with the help of the M.S.P.C. . He is also 2-Spirited/2-Spiritual/Bi-Spirited/Bi-Spiritual , Amazon-Chaser and an aspe (not the only one in New-MoonRacer, but the most well known of the aspes).
Cutie-Mark: a worm-colored helping hand giving a camera (with the free masones logo in the left, the fair trade icon on the right and the eye of truth in the camera's lens) to a cold-colored hand
M.S.P.C. = Magical-Self-Poling-Carriage. it's a carriage that pols it sel. It becomes big if there's more ponies that gets in it, the carriage has a 4D map programmed in it, and it's guided by the minds of the New-Moonracer-ian, mainly FlashTruth, because he is the one who uses it the most.
Different: He likes being huged and loud music, loves to be the center of attention
