    School Sucks

Well, this is (checks watch) a good month and a half overdue, but that's always par for the course.

So, as to writing, while I was optomistic about this year and how much I would get out, I'm afraid I'm going to have to lower expectations.

Tube-Tober 5: Encounters of the Spook Kind, X-mas Special Pt. 1

Almost forgot about this. This year is a two-parter, so one vid today, another tomorrow.

Also, there's probably going to be a chapter on the 1st now as well, because this thing just. Keeps. GOING.

    A True Month of Midnight

Yes, I have managed to do it, folks. December 2023 will indeed be a Month of Midnight! Magical Mystery Cure (or my VERY loose version of it) is taking three chapters to complete again, so the release schedule will not strictly be the last two Saturdays of the month, but I think you'll like it anyway:

    Dec. 23rd - Chapter 11
    Dec. 27th - Chapter 12
    Dec. 31st - Chapter 13

    Requiem for the Kirins Postscript

Hey guys! You know what would be funny? Me actually posting things I said I would and on time! *Starts laughing like a lunatic*

I think my brain decided to take vacation early after National Writing Month. My ability to concentrate lately has been equal to that of a wet fart. Fun Times.

    SO! On to the postscript.

Because the HISTORY CHANNEL can't do it's job... · 4:48pm Nov 11th, 2018

100 years ago today, the eleventh hour of the eleventh day of the eleventh month, World War 1 officially ended. This is important because the way this war ended set up how World War 2, the greatest and most bloody war in human history, the war that made the world what it is today, would start. This is, for every living person today, one of if not the most important moment in history.

And the History Channel is running reruns of American Pickers.

The History Channel has officially gone the way of MTV and I have officially given up on TV.

If you want to know more about what I like to call "The World War, Part 1", see the following playlist:

and find out the real history about this important day.

While we here in America have an official holiday today, Veterans Day, I think everyone around the world should thank their veterans today for the sacrifices they made to make your country what it is today. If you want to blame the government for what you think is a useless, nonsensical war, then do so, but do NOT blame the individual soldier for the conflict. Support them, both while abroad and when they finally come home.

I feel condescended against. I really do. The way that was worded makes it sound to me, at least, that you feel that only Americans honour their soldiers. You probably didn't intend to come across that way and I apologise for posting this and spoiling your message. It's probably more pedantry on my part.

The Great War, a weekly summary. For anyone interested, This youtube channel followed the events of the war week by week for the entire course of the war. Even though the Great War isn't remembered here in the Netherlands since we were neutral and evaded most of the slaughter, the conflict still made national headlines today. Respect for all the men who gave their lives in that conflict and the ones that came after.

There's actually a channel called the American Heroes channel (formerly known as the Military Channel) that might have what you're looking for

No, no it doesn't. I checked History, the Military, AND AHC. NONE OF THEM have ANYTHING about WW1.

Unfortunately, the only "Honor your Veterans" messages I could find had American flag backgrounds.

It might be that you can only see ones with american backgrounds and cant find that youtube channel specificaly because your in america and its obly generating results for america. But what you say is true, evryone should show honour. Heck i write this more or less after a rememberance day ceremony. Basicaly to remember the loss of life for veterans. Basically from all wars

I love that channel, I've followed it since it started and I'm glad I did it, it made me realize how massive the scale of this conflict really was. Every country has its own vision of the conflict and it reflects on its citizens. As an Italian, I was mostly taught in school about the battles that our soldiers fought against the Austro-Hungarian empire on the mountains of the Alps, with a few references to the other fronts, mostly the western front.

We do tend to take everything to a marketable extreme.
