Chapter Teaser: Chap. 10 · 4:28pm Nov 4th, 2018
After hours and hours and weeks and weeks of a long, laborious day job. I was able to write this weekend and will give a snippet of what is to come! (Subject to change once the final editing comes into play.)
“She’s given me the silent treatment,” I told Twilight.
“Were you expecting anything different?” she asked.
“No. Well, yes. Yes and no. I knew she was going to be mad, but she’s not even talking to me.”
Twilight was probably the only one I could talk to right now. I still owe her for protecting me. Plus, I’ve always liked her library. Something about it seemed so… comforting and cozy.
“I think she’s tired of you getting hurt all of the time.”
“Well, better me than her.”
After that whole Trixie fiasco, I basically asked for Fluttershy to be pissed at me. I did something stupid, got injured, and tried to hide it from her. Three strikes. I insisted that I was fine, to which for once, she agreed. Now, she’s let me take care of myself.
“Well, there’s a fine line between selflessness and stupidity.”
Ouch. That was a clever jab. I took it in jest.
“And, damn was that plan stupid.”
