"Throes of Winter", New Story and Why I'm taking so long. · 7:54pm Oct 7th, 2018

Hello ya'll. So I'm going to come clean in why updates take so long. Recently went through a rough breakup, getting back into the swing of things and providing a little more sunshine in my dark and dull life. Also, the major reason I'm not so quick to get into writting these stories is just because I've left the MLP scene years ago and have no interest in what the show is doing outside of a few episodes that catch my eye. And I probably would have canceled ToW if not for the fact that a lot of you liked the story so far and found my writting (While grammatically flawed) enjoyable; which does spark and keep my joy in finishing this story. So this is me saying thanks for staying with me, I apologise this is taking so long then it really needs to be and now, I'll update you on the plan with Throes of Winter;

So the next chapter is titled "A Lion Among Sheep" and the general plot and idea about that is complete; I just need to write it through. You can expect that chapter to come shortly after Halloween. After which will bring us to our first of three major acts; The Ponyville Winter Parade. Won't say what goes down with that, but expect Dainn's first appearance as well as Twilight's first appearance as advertise in a previous chapter. This will be separate into two parts; the first of which will be in December and the second in January.

Somewhere in between ToW will be two one-shots featuring my own original characters (Don't think of them as an self inserts as they aren't based off of me or anyone, just ideas and emotions mostly) before I develop a story centered around the two beginning next year. It won't feature many main characters, though pleanty of side characters and will be mostly about some personal struggles and situations I've had to face with. Feel free to give me some thoughts about this and wither or not you're interested!

Oh! Another thing about Throes of Winter. Sombra will have at least one smut scene with each of the main six. That's probably going to be basis of any actual smut in ToW outside of the occasional caribou misogyny.
