Didn't advance the plot today, but I did tangle with two supervillains, earned three trophies, and aced a combat challenge! Not bad for a quick session.
Tombstone was like fighting Kingpin all over again, but a lot tougher and inside a burning garage. Fortunately, I now have sufficient skillz that I was able to beat him effortlessly, unlike the many many times I died to Fisk.
Taskmaster, OTOH, was...well, actually not that tough, just frustrating because I had to keep my distance most of the time and work around his perfect defense. Also, he caught me on a rooftop with almost no throwables, which put me at a disadvantage.
I think the fight happens a few times actually, in regards to TM.
If you think Taskmaster is tough now wait till you play the game on spectacular mode. I'm never quite sure how to beat him I just sort of wing it and things work out.

Yeah I doubt I'm gonna play it on Spectacular mode, Amazing is enough of a challenge for me.

Yeah, I got that impression from his dialogue. Not uncommon.
Yeah, you do fight TM more than once. Typically once you start completing more and more of his challenges.
And also, that garage fight was crazy intense, and was one of my favorite battles in the whole game. XD

Oh it's not so bad once you get the hang of it. I've played a couple of Spider Man games before like 2 of the movie tie in games Spider Man 2 and the Amazing Spider man. Bad movie solid game, but I digress.
The hardest parts for me in the game are getting gold ranks in combat challenges. Got gold in all the stealth challenges though booya!
Avoiding machine gunfire from get away cars.
Those annoying brutes that are hard to dodge in CQC.
I spent most of yesterday play this again im now 1 trophy away fromt a plat, something i never go for. Last trophy will be easy but tedious. Im very glad you don't have to gold all of taskmasters challenges.
