This is a scene from chapter 3 of How a Pie became a Cake, but a few details shaved off to cut costs like the Cakes being there, Enjoy!
If you're wondering why the panels looks weird it's because Fimfiction now autosizes all comics so they're only as tall as your screen, so the only way to avoid that was to chop it up into 7 parts so it's shorter vertically.
Artist is MagerBlutooth. They do a semi-popular Diamond Tiara comic, making her much more of a dynamic character than the one-dimension she had before her reformation.

As we can clearly see Maud doesn't have patience for things that take away the smile from her sister. And ever worse if it makes her cry.
When you saw Maud about to throw, that actual expression change of anger, I'm sure you knew that shit was about to go down.
I don't think the owner is going to ask Maud for repair bits. She's probably well aware that snapping at the older sister is going to make the younger sister upset again, and who knows what Maud will do then. I'm pretty sure she's just happy to be alive.

I feel sorry for the stall mare, I doubt she was running a rigged game, Pinky was just unlucky. My guess is from now on she'll bring a bag of sweets or something so every foal goes away with SOMETHING even if they don't win a prize.

No, it wasn't rigged. Pinkie just cared about having fun more than about accuracy... at least until she ran out of bits to play.
Maud just doesn't have patience for things that make her sister unhappy. She hasn't quite grown into her emotionless phase yet, as you can see when her eyes narrowed just before she threw it, so she put more into it than she needed to.
