Here in Canada, tomorrow is Thanksgiving Day. And so for myself and other Canadian bronies, the timing of Pony's finale, almost to the day, is quite fitting.

I have sad news. Wanderer D, who has been a pillar of the community since the early days, is losing his apartment due to rising rent.

It's a sign of the times. Future generations will call this era the Greater Depression. Everything is the opposite of what it should be: Luxuries are cheap, and necessities are expensive.

All the more reason for us to look out for one another. If you can toss a buck or two his way to help until he's back on his feet, that would be wonderful. If all you can afford to offer is moral support, toss that his way. Let's light a candle in this darkness.
