So I was originally trying to write this big essay blogpost about where I've been and the future of Bookish and all that, but... it didn't pan out. So we'll do the much, much shorter version that should still tell you what's important.

I wish like hell that I knew more about all the pain you've alluded to over time—so I could say more, so I could do more... or so I tell myself, but I'm no therapist.
Peace, contentment, healing, closure... whatever it is you're looking for on this road you're on, I hope with all my heart you find it.
OK so quick frivolous thing out of the way first? I had no idea Mikey Neumann used to work for Gearbox; "Movies with Mikey" is quite literally the only capacity in which I knew him and even then I only really started watching it fairly recently so on top of all the other emotions this video left me with there was that Big Dollop Of Surprise right on top.
As to the more serious stuff...it leaves me with a lot to think about. Not all of which I can really put into words right now even having had a couple days to chew on them, and not all the things I CAN put into words feeling entirely appropriate to this particular space, I don't think. But what I CAN say for certain is that you will always always ALWAYS have my love and support through the troubled times you go through no matter what that trouble may be. And perhaps more importantly I'm glad that you still share what you do of those troubled times here; I don't presume the fullest understanding of them but it means a lot to know you still choose to share at ALL (especially since one of the things the video highlights to me is the significance of what pieces of ourselves we are willing to share with the rest of the world), and I only hope in turn that that helps you as well, even if just a little bit. *hug*
