In which the spirit of an ancient queen pleads with Max and Monica to restore the garden of lost memories and learn the truth of Griffon's past.
Here it is, friends.
The final dungeon. The final Georama.
Here, we will face the toughest challenges we've faced so far.
Here, we will learn about Griffon's past, and what drove him to hate humanity so completely.
Here, Max and Monica will fight for the very existence of the world--past, present, and future.
Who is Alexandra, and what role does she have to play in the origin of Emperor Griffon--or as she calls him, Sirus?
Find out in the next episode!
I really, really should have recorded a glitch that happened while I was grinding Monica's armband up for Moonflower Palace. I was on a run in Ocean's Roar Cave, and...
Remember how I said that DC2's glitches are few and far between, but the glitches that do exist are EXTREMELY noticeable?
Well...
Every so often, the dungeon floor generation engine breaks down on Ocean's Roar Cave floors that are split between cave and beach sections. Remember those floors?
It's rare, but once in a while the game will misspawn a split floor. The beach level will fail to materialize, and your character will end up falling through an empty blue void with tiny islands of cave floor spotted here and there. If you get stuck in one of these stages, the only way out is to use an Escape Powder or dump half your Gilda to use the chicken clause.
I think I've seen this glitch happen maybe three times, including this time.
Wait, the what now? I do not know what this thing that you speak of is.

If you get in a mess, you can escape the dungeon without Escape Powder, but you forfeit half your Gilda to do so.

Oh, I thought it had something to do with an actual chicken in the game, heh.
I remember that ability now. I just always made sure I had an Escape Powder on me so I never used it and kinda forgot about it.
