Moth Plays Dark Cloud 2: Chapter 5, Episode 4: The Village of Builders · 3:02pm May 28th, 2018

In which the restoration of Heim Rada begins in earnest.

Alternate title for this episode: Extreme Georama Makeovers, Heim Rada Edition.

This is seriously what happens when you just cut loose and BUILD. I shit you not. You will go through half your accumulated Gilda running back and forth between the train and Balance Valley buying materials and paint. You will obsess over fractions of millimeters before deciding it's Good Enough. You will go INSANE trying to get fences to behave themselves. The Georamas are one place in this game where you can let your inner child loose and just Play With Legos to your heart's content...so to speak.

Heim Rada, of all Georamas, is the ultimate example of this, because you HAVE to build BIG! and UP! to get this one in the bag.

Unfortunately, it also takes a lot of time to do this, and since I recorded most of the process for this episode, we'll have to wait until next time to reap the rewards and move the plot forward.

With Heim Rada mostly restored, can the engineers at Gundorada Workshop help us deal with the Fire Squall at the summit of Mt. Gundor?

Find out in the next episode!

Oh, man, can I ever vouch for that. Especially when you're trying to rotate the freaking things and then they just barely will not quite fit the way you were hoping, not to mention how rotating them will often automatically move them over a slight bit because you got too close to the building you're trying to surround. :pinkiecrazy:

Are you aware of the exploit to easily earn Gilda? It's a tedious process, but it's simple and can really rack up your riches without effort.

Basically, you just have used the invention system to be able to make a Turkey Sheda club. It takes a mere 3 Rolling Logs and 3 Scraps of Metal to make one, which costs a total of 90 Gilda per club. The Turkey sells for 230 Gilda each. :moustache:

Just clear your inventory as much as you're willing, then buy enough Rolling Logs and Scraps of Metal until you either go broke or can fill up the rest of your inventory with created Turkeys, whichever comes first. Once you've made as many as you can, go ahead and sell them. Rinse, lather, repeat, rinse, lather, repeat, etcetera, etcetera, until you feel like you have more than enough money for whatever you want or grow bored out of your mind.
