...read at your own risk. I've been kicking around an idea for about a week or so. Toward the end of (NASCAR)Car-Tunes, the Rainbooms are going to be playing for over a hundred thousand people prior to the Coke Zero Sugar 400 at Daytona International Speedway. The idea is to have the human Sunset Shimmer be at the track as either a driver, pit crew member or one of the emergency personnel (i.e. paramedic) and somehow cross paths with the Rainbooms, thus setting up a (possibly) interesting entry for the next SciTwi Shimmer Chronicles story. Please let me know what you guys think.
Keep in mind that if I did this, I would have human Sunset would be around age 21 or 22 to kind of correspond with pony Sunset being older in Equestria..

They win Chance to Prance and are given free tickets to a certain music/ racing festival in Australia.
4868872 I'm not as familiar with Australian racing as I am with NASCAR. I personally have worked at Charlotte Motor Speedway on a number of occasions, one of which was nearly 13 hours long due to the Saturday race being postponed to the morning before the Coca-Cola 600 (I literally collapsed on the ground when I got out of my truck when I got home that night). So I know how the pre-race setup and festivities work at NASCAR events.

I think the (spoilers?) would be interesting! I haven't found many stories where Sunset (spoilers?). So I'd love to see your take on it.

The Winston in 2000, the Spongebob Squarepants 300 in 2004, the 2005 Quaker Steak & Lube 200, the 2005 Carquest 300 and Coca-Cola 600 (the 13 hour day that I mentioned earlier) and the 2005 Dollar General 300. It was fun (and exhausting) working there but not as fun as watching the race in turn two getting drunk.
4868884 I know Forza has Australia races but as far as the behind the scenes, I'm unfamiliar with the procedures and the "mane" event is going to be setup as close to real life as possible.
