    Audiobook Announcement

I'm excited to announce that I'm working on an audiobook for Hooves of Fate. I started with Chapter 63: Rivers. This way, long-time readers of HoF can reorient themselves to the momentum of the story before the upcoming release of Chapter 64 (text) this Saturday.

    The Voice of the People

They can cancel Friendship is Magic. They can cancel Make Your Mark. But they can never silence the voice of the people.

    Flurry Heart's Reign of Terror

I stayed up till 2am last night talking with a friend - orchestrating a plot - theorizing what precisely it would take for (young adult) Flurry Heart to successfully depose both of her parents, and Twilight Sparkle.

Help! My Heart is Full of Pony! - Birth-Aversary, Pt. 1 · 2:18am Feb 12th, 2018

As some of you may already know, last week was Rainbow Dash’s birthiversary - a combination celebration of her birthday and the anniversary of the day that she first moved to Ponyville. At the time that Pinkie Pride aired, this seemed like a quirky little thing - a way to express to children that her birthday was super double special.

However, after Parental Glidance aired, a somewhat deeper truth can be inferred. The reason that Rainbow Dash's birthday, and the anniversary of her moving to Ponyville fall on the same day is because Rainbow Dash left home the minute she was old enough.

Makes sense.

Makes a scary amount of sense. She couldn't endure her parents' embarrassing attitude anymore, so she left the moment she had reached the age where it is legal in Equestria to live alone.
If that is true, I can empathize with her a lot, regarding the fleeing from parents thing. And I want to see this in an episode then.

And thus, either that birthday cake is still in the fridge or was gone before her parents could blink as she flew out the door. There's something really sad about Rainbow rushing out the door as soon as she was old enough...

Then again. her house does seem very well made. Do you think her home was made there and pushed to
Ponyville or was it built once she moved to Ponyville?
