I stayed up till 2am last night talking with a friend - orchestrating a plot - theorizing what precisely it would take for (young adult) Flurry Heart to successfully depose both of her parents, and Twilight Sparkle.

Allied factions. Obstacles. Palace intrigue. Material conditions. International politics.

What would it take for Flurry Heart to rise to power, and reign despotically over both the Crystal Empire and Equestria? We will not rest until we've figured it out!
