SPark

Not checking in here. I may post stories because my patrons are nice and like ponies. Otherwise out of the fandom, sorry peeps.

    There's where you go.

If you don't have money, fair enough. I've been there, done that. If you do and don't care, fuck off.

    The zines are for sale.

I'll just bump you folks over to twitter for details, but the short version is they're $5 each, $2 USA shipping, $4 international, and I have two pony ones, A Twilight Trio (Unhorsed, Apex, Dreaming of Dragons) and Tender is the Night.

    It exists. :3

That, my friends, is a zine, or a tiny, handmade book, containing three of my recent stories. Right now I'm working on getting them out to the Patrons, and after that I will be selling them in some way or another.

    Zines! AKA tiny books!

I never managed to get on the pony book bandwagon. I just... self publishing is hard, okay? :P But zines are at least marginally less hard, I only have to wrestle with Libre Office, not with some printer's completely unfamiliar absolutely everything.

    Any Hades fans out there?

I do actually have a pony story coming up! (On Patreon on Monday, here on Fimfic on Wednesday! Just a cute little erotica short, but it's one I particularly liked!)

But I'm also currently in the middle of writing Hades story number four in just the last week, so, uh... On a bit of a roll there!

There's no early release story for my patrons this week because next week's release is a chapter of Ember's that the patrons got to read early already. But hey, more Ember's for everyone, woo!

In fact you all are getting double Ember's, because the following week will be the first chapter of an entirely new Ember's story. Yep, a whole new story, that gets more into Ember's personal life and begins the setup for things I've been wanting to write for ages, which I'll be working on over the coming year. I'm looking forward to it, and hopefully people will enjoy it when it comes out.

What is it about? Well, here's the cover art:

Oh yeah. :pinkiehappy: All you people who thought the Far From the Sun chapters were the best part? Celestia's back!

Also, I'm still working on getting things hammered out with physical book copies of Ember's, but life keeps happening.

Life is happening all over, and honestly I will probably be slowing down my posting rate for a while, as I'm running low on things in the backlog, and commissions are also going slowly right now. Writing is one of those jobs that it's really difficult to do when you're stressed, unfortunately. Which gets a bit cyclical. Feel stress > don't write > be late about everything, disappoint customers > feel more stress > write even less, etc. Ugh. But my main stress source will hopefully be resolved in February, and I can get back on track, but it will take a while to get the backlog back up to a good place.
