Alright I know I'm just throwing out the blogs today, but this one's important so to those who care, listen up because I'm gonna be completely candid here.
I'm working on the next chapter for The Masks We Wear and the chapter's going smoothly so far, no problems there. I've decided on a general direction I want to take for the rest of the story and I'm happy with it.
The chapter after this next one is going to be a bit of a problem.
I've had several ideas about how to proceed with the story and while there's a couple I'm planning on implementing, for the most part I can't find an idea that works at the moment. This is going to hamper progress for this story quite a bit in the near future and I don't want that to be the case.
And then there's Sparkle.
I have ideas for this story. Loads of them. And unlike The Masks We Wear, several of the ideas I have for this story, I could make work in one way or another. Not only that, but a lot of people seem to enjoy this story a lot more than my previous stories. That's great and all, but I want both stories to be as high a quality as I can make them.
SO! Here's what I want to do:
In order to get some more inspiration and ideas for TMWW, I'd liked to finish up this current chapter and take a hiatus from the story and drown myself in the Persona and SMT games I own (I own a lot of MegaTen games). At the same time, I want to work on the next chapter of Sparkle since that's probably going to take forever and people like it more anyway.
Since you guys are the ones reading these stories I wanted to get your opinion. Should I keep up what I've been doing, or go with my new plan?
