PixelMoon's Rant (oh boy) · 12:22pm Dec 18th, 2017
Alright. Don't any of you dare leave this blog post. I'm not putting a page break until a while, so get ready.
Alright. So my latest story, Love in the Stars was recently summited. You know, the one that I posted like three blog posts on? Yeah. So anyway, I had put my heart and soul into that story. I edited it thoroughly and I didn't get too excited when it only got four, stinking, likes. All of those hard working hours are now down the drain, and it wasn't worth it. I have 91 followers, correct? Well where in Equestria are they all at!? Four out of my 91 followers decided to read my story. What is the point of followers if they don't even read your work? It just makes me so pissed off!
Alright, so you're probably thinking, "woah, chill Pixel." Well guess what? NO. I'm so sick of this. It has happened with all of my recent stories. Like people don't care anymore, and honestly the only people who comment on my stories are Adorkable Moonlight and Peppermint Frost. So thank you, you two.
I would like to point out you had the absolute worst luck on release date, with the massive Hasbro leak taking up everyone's interest.
I understand the frustration of working hard on something and not getting much, if any, recognition. Even getting feedback about why people don't find it worthwhile would be nice when a story doesn't get any recognition. At least that is something to take and use for the future.
I will likely read through your story later today, after I am home from work. Giving a preemptive like now for it, and will give feedback in the comments after I have read through.
I can confirm that i almost missed this story because i was so busy reading up on the leaks. I'm glad i ended up noticing it and reading it though!
I spent near two monhs writing and putting together Pinder.
It only got like 10 likes in total, but I had fun writing it and enjoyed the work I placed into it. Writing isn't about the fame you gain, it's about telling a story you hope can bring at least oneperson a smile, brighten up their day, give them a chill from the dark or simply make them laugh.
I enjoyed your new story it had a very enchanted feel to it, It has only been a day give it time and I bet more will start to read it. Young is old again took a fair week to gain people reading it.
I do hope you feel better sis, I'll make sure to promote your story in updates on my account, maybe that can help bring in a few more readers.

May The Night Bring More Happiness.
Yeah, I was surprised too, seeing that in your former blog posts, everyone couldn't wait for its release and showed their excitement.
Truth was, it was kinda...what's the word?
Brushed aside.
