Still Not Dead... Mostly - Final Story Update · 8:23am Dec 5th, 2017
I'll be quick: story is completely finished. All chapters are currently being edited, and will likely be posted this week at the same time (because I sure as hell am not making people wait any longer). That being said; I'm done. It makes me sad that I'm thinking this way, but after slowly chipping away at 27k~30k words divided over six chapters for OVER A YEAR has left me drained, at least when it comes to this story.
And for those who do care about reading till the end, I am ready to fully admit that I'm not happy with how this one went, and not because of how it ended exactly (which will likely bring some confusion and annoyance whether you missed the clues or not) but because of how I went about doing this story in general... but that will likely be explained when I write a post-mortem blog post detailing my issues.
That being said, I have to thank everyone who started following the story in 2012 (it's been that long!) and I can only hope you enjoy the ending I worked so hard to get to you.
Whether you started five years ago, or last week.
