20171116 Update - Of Scales and Moonlight

Just a quick FYI, since I feel a bit mean for going quiet after such a warm reception of my first story on this site.

Chapter 1 of "Of Scales and Moonlight", is now reaching its publication point. I have fleshed the majority of the chapter out to the point that I am happy with its structure and am now in the process of giving its final couple of proofreads and edits (seriously I'm starting to feel like Twilight with how much of a perfectionist I'm being over this writing) to ensure I'm 100% happy with it before sending it out into the big wide world.

TL;DR Chapter 1 of "Of Scales and Moonlight" - 'Thy Son is a Dragon?' - will be up on Sunday at the latest (all being well).

Next chapter - technically chapter 2 if I follow how they are listed here on the site.

As for editing the prologue [Chapter 1 here on the site]. I have set a personal rule that (short of a spelling correction here and there) once a chapter has been uploaded, that's it, it's locked in and won't get edited unless I do a revised edition after the story is complete

Unfortunately, this is why it feels like it's taking me a so long to get each chapter out. I want each chapter as perfect as I can get it because I will have to stay unhappy with it for a long time afterwards otherwise
