Hey everyone. No idea if any of my watchers are still around, but if you are, I have, hopefully, good news.
I know it's been a long, LONG time since anything I've written on this site has been updated. It's been an eventful few years, both good and bad. The good news, however, is that I will be returning to writing for this site.
Before I get anyone's hopes up regarding specific stories, I want to give a rough idea of the status of each story.
Firstly, Of Vampires and Werewolves. The cancelled status of this story is accurate. The story as it exists currently will not be updated. However, that is not to say the idea itself is dead. I do hope to totally redo the story some day, but currently there are no plans.
Secondly, Ode to a Monster. Of the stories that I currently intend to resume, this one needs the most work. Expect big changes to this one and an almost complete rewrite, but it will receive updates, but not immediately as I will address later.
Thirdly, A World Apart, easily my most successful and most viewed story. Similarly to Ode to a Monster, this fic needs work. Not as drastic, but certain elements need addressing to make the story flow better.
And finally, Viva La Vida. Despite being my least viewed story by a long way, this is the story I feel most motivated to continue. I still have all of my notes regarding the plot, and I have big things planned for it. Some rewriting will occur as I bring it up to scratch, and there will be a slight change to how I format it. The way Viva La Vida is structured, a single story presented out of chronological order, is ambitious, and this is an experiment on my part. I haven't seen anything like this done on this site before so I am interested to see how it is received.
So, my current plan regarding updates is as follows;
Viva La Vida is my primary project currently, so expect this story to recieve the most attention from myself.
A World Apart and Ode to a Monster will be recieving updates as well, but less frequently than Viva La Vida. Currently I will be favouring A World Apart over Ode to a Monster, but that may well change.
Of Vampires and Werewolves will, currently, be recieving no attention, but I have not utterly condemned the idea.
So, with all of that said, back to the writing.
