Reflections - How the heck did I manage that? · 6:29pm Nov 6th, 2017

I think that I'm going to ramble just a pinch.

It's November, which means that many authors are currently partaking in NaNoWriMo / NaNoPoMo. I am currently attempting not attempting sorta attempting not really attempting doing it off the books, and I'm doing it to help myself get a leg up on Reflections. I've been meaning to get some more in so that I could share more of the story with all of you, and I figured this would be a good opportunity to do so.

For some context, to be on par for the course, an author should have written 10,000 words by the end of the day. At this moment in time, I'm sitting at 10630 words, which is pretty comfortable. I'm also asking myself how the heck I did this.

And what did I get out of it so far? Well, this morning, I finished writing chapter 23 which has, as I was writing it, has become my favorite chapter that I've written thus far. I'm really really happy with it, and sorta surprised that it happened this way. Uh, that should give ya'll something to look forward to, at any rate~

Maybe I'll finish the entire draft by the time this month is over.
