Quick Millennia update

I'm deciding that once I finish what is currently labeled as chapter 38, I am going to combine what's written for chapter 36 into chapter 35 (which will double its current word count). Chapter 37 will be moved into the place of chapter 36 (Peaceful Measures - Part I), and what I am writing for part III will be the new part II (hopefully that's not all too confusing). So, it may not show up as an actual story update notification, but just know that when chapter 35 is suddenly 6,000+ words, I have moved everything over.

EDIT: Everything listed has been done. The new chapter is now updated onto chapter 37 instead of being published in a new chapter entirely.
