Nothing too specific, but I want to mention a few things since they're on my mind. Anyway, I wanted to mention that I'll start working on an upcoming Chrysalis story this weekend, and it should have its first draft completed by the weekend. After talking over some editing advice with people on chats, I'll be bouncing ideas with some people once the editing process begins, likely as a means to clear up some of the vague suggestions that I may come across, and this should result in an acceptable story. Hopefully, the story will be ready by the end of October, but don't be surprised if the release is pushed back to the beginning of November. The editing process will likely take twice as long as the writing process, after all. 
In other news, my entry for the Barcast's most recent contest will not place in the top ten, which was expected. I got this tidbit of news from people who know about the contest's inner workings, and while I'm not surprised, it's just a good feeling that I avoided last place. The results won't arrive until tomorrow, but either way, congratulations to everyone who entered. My writing still needs a lot of work, as most people will attest, but at least it could always be worse. Anyway, I'll keep my eyes open for any future contests, and if the prompt seems friendly enough, I may give them a try. That's one way to practice writing.
Lastly, since I've already covered the episodes from Season 7, I'll probably do a blog post about underrated episodes and character development on Saturday. It'll touch upon a small reason why I wasn't a fan of the movie, but for the most part, it'll focus on the episodes in question and why I grew used to them over time. There will be some surprises on the list, but I don't want to give too much away. Besides, I'm still brainstorming the concept!

While it was praised by most fans in the beginning, more divisive opinions have appeared as time goes on. I've seen more negative takes on the movie the past couple of days compared to when it leaked or when the movie actually hit theaters. As for the blog post, I will be saying some surprising things about some episodes, but I have my reasons.
