Reflections - Crystal Faire wholly integrated into another story · 2:47am Oct 12th, 2017

Hello again, everyone! Super awesome news today. Actually, this is the super cool news that I alluded to in yesterday's blog post (and, really, I wasn't expecting things to be done so soon after I made that post), but here it is and I'm going to talk about it.

EchoWing, who previously wrote an extended scene based off Reflections (which is the deleted scene which I have linked in this story's long description), had since gone beyond that. For context, Reflections as a story has visited or made reference to other stories and, in particular, the story visited one of EchoWing's stories (if you remember the scene of Twilight and Crystal walking through the halls of CHS, that's the story). The deleted scene was their answer to my visiting their story.

That story, in question, is this one:

TA Shimmering New Year
Sunset Shimmer and her friends struggle to deal with recovering from Anon-A-Miss as they move forward. New friends and a doctor, thankfully, can help them along.

About a week ago, EchoWing reached out to me with an idea to fully integrate what I wrote for the Quiververse (that's the name of the universe which the above story resides in) into the story that I wrote it for. As such, Crystal Faire is now a minor character in that story who helps bring its plot to a resolution (as in, she gets some small bits of focus, even). I am also told that Crystal's interference in this timeline will have effects on further Quiververse stories.

So, if you haven't already, go check the story out. If you're into Sunset Shimmer stories and/or you want to see Crystal in a normal day at the office, this'll be to your liking.

Thanks very much for your assistance with the edits. I'm glad to be a small part of your storyline, and proud to have your story as a part of mine.

Though now, I fear many confused comments on both ends.
