Charity Update · 8:48pm Oct 1st, 2017
If you're considering donating to my charity project, now would be a great time. The Midwest Horse Welfare Foundation is running its Hay Drive to feed all the horses and they need something in the neighborhood of 14000 dollars to keep the horses fed. And remember, all you have to do is send proof of your donation through a screenshot, to here or to my email [ mjmcc [at] hotmail [dot] ca ] and I'll write a short story for you, which can be a chapter of the Cirque du Noir or something for yourself. You'll also be automatically entered in a draw for a free drawing by Dawn22Eagle, a very talented pony artist.
My goal is to raise a modest 500 dollars and we're already almost halfway there, and I'm going to keep raising money and writing charity chapters for people until the end of this year, Dec 31st, or maybe a little bit after, if there's enough interest.
I'm also planning on holding a game stream in the future.
Please consider donating and helping this excellent charity out.
Oh, for the curious: yes, that is me. From left to right, these horses are Q, Pally, and Quattro. Quattro came to the stables severely abused and is very frightened of contact with humans, but I've slowly been rehabilitating him and am happy to say we're making great progress, which you can read about on my tumblr, along with all my other misadventures with horses. This is not at the Midwest Horse Welfare Foundation, no: the foundation is several hours away, and I am not associated with them: I just really admire their dedication and the hard work they've been putting into taking care of horses who need it.
Day 28: they still have not realized I am not one of them.
