I finally saw "IT" · 4:49am Sep 15th, 2017

Holy crap, I've been meaning to talk about this for a while.

So, the new IT movie came out recently, and I FINALLY went out to see it with a few friends, and by the sweet glory of God, this movie was great! I'm not kidding. This is probably the best horror movie I've seen in years, and this is coming from someone who doesn't like the horror genre that much in films. It had great actors, great writing (the kids actually acted how kids would act!), a really creepy vibe, a few good jumps here and there, and, surprisingly enough, great comedy! That's the one thing I didn't expect from this film.

When I was a kid, the 1990 IT film scared the crap out of me, but nowadays it's pretty much laughable. Not this film, though. No, this new IT exceeded my expectations, and, I can't believe I'm saying this after that horrifically-bad version in 1990, I'm really excited to see the sequel when the kids are all grown up and facing Pennywise for the last time!

It's great films like these that can really bring the horror genre back to life for me. Damn, you just have to wonder how good a crossover with Pennywise terrorizing Equestria would be... :pinkiecrazy:

Great film. 9/10. Definitely go check it out.

I'll never see it...

I don't handle horror movies in general very well, they have this VERY NASTY habit of giving me painfully realistic nightmares...

Painfully realistic in more ways than one, and it was from seeing a single clip...

If Tim Curry makes a cameo either in this one or in the potential sequel... I will love it.

I seen IT on Tuesday with a friend, one of the scariest films I've seen IMO, but the mouths on those kids XD, and an IT and MLP crossover does sound interesting

So...Ponywise? :derpytongue2:

Poor Georgie though…he arguably got the short end of the stick for this reboot…

4669001 I usually feel the same, except nowadays there isn't really much that scares me in entertainment.

4669007 Damn, that would be great! :pinkiecrazy:

4669058 I've seen a couple, but not really any, you know, REALLY good ones.

4669177 He tends to get shafted, in the book, TV movie, and reboot.

Um, i think there is a legit Ponywise Prime, i found this in the IDW Comic i own, its in the Return of Queen Chrysalis O_O
