Good old Lyra is definitely one of my most loved background ponies! Not to say she's my favorite, no that place is reserved for somepony else, but she's defiantly up there. I loved all the different and crazy ways she was presented in fan fiction before and then she was made kind of funny in the show too. Plus, I'm a massive LyraBon shipper too and those two are total more than best friends in canon!
