I love to write, and I'll write just about anything. I seem to be most well known for my stupid little comedy pieces though...

    Commissions

    Hello all.

I figure, I might as well. I'm opening up commissions.

I've had little motivation to write lately, and, as cynical as it sounds to me, a paycheck might just be what I need to start writing again. I'm gonna keep this quick and simple. I'm opening up five slots, I'll see how it goes.

    Something to read, part 3

I've only done this a handful of times. I hardly write blog posts, much less blog posts just to recommend my followers go read something written by someone else. But this is one of those times.

It's not a happy story. It's not a long story. But it is good.

    Stargazing Together v1.0

Many many years ago I wrote the original Stargazing Together story. It is almost 40k words long, and was my magnus opus for a long time.

    Princess of Equestria

I just published a sister story to Queen of Nothing, based on the idea that this person stuck in my head. Blame them for this.

    I hope you enjoy.

Edit: I realized I didn't link the new story for you all. Oops.

    Now enjoy.

The Other Sunset got featured?

What do you mean it has more likes than Stargazing Together???

How did ultra dark horror fic beat out Tuna romance?!?!

I need to re-examine my life....

So, I wrote The Other Sunset because the idea has been bouncing around in my head for months. I’ve slowly been building it in my mind, and I got to the point where I needed to write it down and get it out to be read. I didn’t expect it to get featured. I didn’t expect 144 likes. The 53 dislikes, ya, sure, I’ll take that. But I’m still amazed at the number of likes. That story has gotten so many likes, its got my second most number of likes ever. And by one like. In the Office of Death is at 145, one of which is me...

Stargazing is the story that I love. It’s the one I’ve put more work into than anything else. I rewatch episodes and scenes, many times over, just to make sure I’ve got everything right. I figure out what’s cannon, fannon, and my own headcannon. I built a framework for the entire legal system in Equestria, just so I could have that one scene. I spent hours deciding how old I want Luna and Celestia to be. I’m rewritting the whole thing, because I don’t feel I did good enough the first time, and I’m revising this one, because I still feel it can be better. If I finish it any time soon, I’ll probably end up rewriting, or at least revising again, in a few years. This is my baby.

And The Other Sunset is doing, by some measures, better. Worse overall rating, but it’s been featured, I don’t know if Stargazing has. Not the new version at least, I know the old one was. It’s got almost as many views, and is on near as many bookshelves.

I write TwiLuna because I love the pairing. I ship TwiLuna so hard. They’re my OTP. Luna is best pony. OctaScratch is just behind, with Vinyl a close second for best. I mean, I love Sunset, and I ship her with SciTwi, but that story was just an exercise in writing dark. I never meant it to be this big. I gained twelve followers because of it! TWELVE!

I just don’t know anymore....

*sits in corner* *mutters to self*

Well I for one am all for the tuna but not keen on dark stuff (unless it's tuna, then ...it's okay)

You know, maybe it means that your next story should be an ultra dark horror romance fic with TwiLuna? :pinkiecrazy:
Just kidding.
Personally, I think Stargazing is a spectacular story, both versions (the second being even better). Nightmare especially is a splendid character in my opinion.
In the end it's also a part of luck, I have seen good stories with no favorites to speak of, and drivel with a decent favorite count.
