Pyromaniac: This Perk will make your character do horrible things with fire—to other creatures. +10% damage with fire-based magic.
Splash Damage (x3): When you're deep in enemy territory, you just start chucking spells and hope for the best. Each rank gives your explosions a 25% larger area of effect when they detonate.
Educated (x3): Each level of Educated will add +2 skill points when you gain a new experience level. This Perk works best when purchased early in your adventure.

Better Criticals: The critical hits you cause in combat are more devastating. You gain a 20% bonus on the critical hit table, almost ensuring that more damage will be done. This does not affect the chance to cause a critical hit.
Bloody Mess: By some strange twist of fate, creatures around you die violently. You always see the worst way a creature can die.
More Criticals (x3): You are more likely to cause Critical Hits in combat if you have this Perk. Each level of More Criticals will get you a +5% chance to cause a critical hit. This is a good thing.
Hippogriff: You were just born bigger, badder, and better than than just about everyone else. +2 to all SPECIAL stats.
Terrifying Presence: In some conversations, you gain the ability to initiate combat while terrifying a mob of opponents, sending them fleeing away for safety.
What the hell? Blackbird is broken as fuck!

I feel that the Hippogriff trait should come with an inherent -30 to speech or something to simulate the fact that most people are distrustful of Hippogriffs.

I actually drew Blackbird's hippogriff ability from a super mutant mod. Super mutants were superiour to humans in every conceivable way. (Well, before Bethesda did what they did.)

Bit suprised Dim does not have the bloody mess perk, considering his fondness of making examples.
He's probably working on terrifying Presence as well, but it is hard to look intimidating when standing next to Blackbird.
