Sorry to keep cluttering your various inboxes with blog posts, but I've come to a realization.
Doing added scenes of "Number One" would probably only serve to wear down the main story itself. Since it's my first major fic and has gotten a very surprising amount of positive feedback (I LOVE YOU ALL) I'd hate to do anything to compromise it. So I won't be writing extra scenes like I had planned, but as I've stated before, you will definitely see more of the jerk in other fics I write.
However, I did promise one extra scene, chosen by you, the fans. I'm still taking suggestions and I'll be putting them all up to a vote by the time the first chapter of my new Applejack fic gets written.
So far we have:
An "old friend" from Clopton comes to visit.
The jerk meets Rainbow Dash's parents.
The jerk and Rainbow Dash escape from Manehattan when Godzilla attacks.
I like the last one, if you could put it as like a bonus scene at the end.
Otherwise, I'm pulling for the first one. I loved 'Number One' and I'd really like to see a scene added to it.

Sounds interesting. Can't wait to see the results.
I'm going for the "old friend" choice, if only so later MLP episode might compromise your version of Dash's parents.
I'd go with the Old friend choice.
I vote for the wacky third option.
Because the canon ending was so incredible
that I just can't bring myself to vote for anything that might spoil it even a little bit.
