First Launch

M’ rocketship-obsessed 3.5-year old experienced her first model rocket launch this late afternoon. After m’ wife got home from work, we took six of the thirteen readied rockets out, to give the launch pad its maiden launch as well as kick off a new era of model rocketry in m’ family. A whole decade

Tomorrow’s special.
28 March 2009, at 2:30pm, m’ wife and I tied the knot. Hard to believe it’s already been that long...and yet, it’s so permanent in m’ brain that I, quite literally, cannot imagine life without her at all. It’s one of precious few things I’ve done where I can honestly say I have no doubts in the least that this was right decision.

Gonna be M-rated · 3:07pm Aug 5th, 2017

Writing through the first real chapter (I wrote a recap) for the conclusion of the Greater Menace trilogy, it’s getting heavy quick. Suffice it to say, from the get-go, the Green Shard uses Twilight’s body to inflict some graphic violence. Maybe I shouldn’t’ve eaten before writing. I’m already deciding to give it an M-rating for gore (but no sex). And I know it’ll be more severe in time, worse than how Eleven ended.

Then there’s that I don’t like calling the conclusion “A Greater Menace.” It doesn’t seem fitting in many ways. But I can’t think of what to name it instead. Any ideas you guys wanna throw at me, despite not knowing the plan?

Sure wish I had more time to work with...too many things to do, and not enough time to do them all. ‘Specially with an almost 2-year old underfoot. I miss sleep....
