Ringo Dingo D'oh: Tf did I go?

Sup nerds? I live, I breath, I'm no longer literally living in a forest. Life is better.

Yeah, so I was homeless from August of 2022 until January 2023. Funny how life works. Explained below.

As for ALL FUTURE WRITING PROJECTS:

    I Am Not Quite Dead

And neither is A Thief's Tale. Writing at the speed of life right now, which is uh... Not goin' too quick. It's been a while. Sup, nerds?

Yeah, I'm not dead. Struggling with life, but alive and doing alright. Love taking screenshots of the old comments to brighten up these dreary days.

    New Re: Chapter and... Stuff

Chapter 36 is officially done as of this moment, but I might wait a bit longer to drop it so I can get started on a backlog. That said, eh. Just lemme know.

Dude, Do You Know What Time It Is?

Yes, me, I know what time it is, and we're nearing the point where I can focus-in on tying the rewrites into the shit I originally started touching up. Good times.

Words on A Thief's Tale: Chapter 39. · 5:51am Jun 2nd, 2017

So the story is already quite morally sketchy. A lot of the things Max does could be considered bad or even evil, but in the chapter I'm currently writing, I recognize that things get more than sketchy. It's a debate on whether or not people have certain rights, and whether or not you agree is completely up to you and how you view good and evil. I'm personally on the fence about the matter, but I feel like Max, as a character and a fictional man has grown and evolved in such a way to make such a heavy decision.

Keep in mind that the story is a complete work of fiction. Having opinions on it is fine, just don't be a fucking prick about it when the time comes. You'll know it when you read it, and I hope that it does affect how you view the world I've built so far. I want you to question the subject matter and delve as deep into it as you care to. It's food for thought, and I find it to be an invigorating exercise, deciding where certain things fall on the spectrum of good and evil. Personally I see the world in shades of grey since I believe that motivation, beliefs, and effect should play into whether or not something is considered good or bad. I really think that what Max does in Chapter 39 is polarizing, but I'm torn as to whether it's straight up evil or dark grey because of his motivations and the effects his actions have

Im going to be a prick and say.....you write to fast i can't keep up. Im 2 chapters behind. :)

4555718 I happen to write chapters ahead of time most of the time.

This is going to be so fun. If Max did something without any reason then it is evil, but if he has even a small reason it becomes grey. I know Max will have a reason for doing something society thinks is bad so I know its going to be grey, even if that reason is his beliefs.

Dont worry about people being prissy about the story, its bound to happen no matter what. Dont let the 'goody two shoes' or the 'evil bastards' influence your work, do what feels right to you.

4555803 I'll continue writing how I want to, which is why I'm just going to let it flow naturally. Shit's looking pretty good for chapter 39 and I'm pretty sure I've gotten the different views on Max's actions pretty fleshed out.

4555922 sounds good cant wait to read it.
