I got my second tattoo! · 2:39am May 13th, 2017
Yep! After I finished my last work shift of the week, I went to Queen City Tattoo again to get my first tattoo touched up (there were a couple parts of the outline that were a little faded). And while I was there, I decided to get myself another tattoo on my left forearm:
The tattoo is written in Sanskrit and says Jai Guru Deva Om. The biggest reason I got it was because Across the Universe is one of my all-time favorite songs, and also one of my favorite movies. The song really means a lot to me, so I figured this would be a nice homage to it. Plus, I was itching to get my other arm inked for a little Symmetry. I just wish I knew that the forearm is a lot more sensitive than the upper arm and shoulder, because that friggin hurt!
But still, I got a new tat, and I wanted to show it off. That's all!
Okay, that looks cool. Having it written in a dead language (Correct me if I'm wrong) just makes it all the more epic.
4530524 I agree. Chinese symbols are overrated

Yeah, I made absolutely sure that the tattoo I got was accurate. The last thing I wanted was to get a foreign word etched on my body that turned out to be something completely different.
4530565 oh yeah, I didn't even think about that. If it's permanent you really need to make sure it's right. I was just thinking how cliche it is.
Who else thought that TheVClaw got a pony tattoo before fully reading the blog post?

Oh, please. Like I'd go that far into the fandom.
Although I did see a great Discord design that would work as a back shoulder tat
Generally, tattoo ink is made from toxic heavy metals, which slowly leach into the rest of your body over the course of years. They are NOT safe to have in your body. Make sure whatever inks are used are 100% nontoxic, else you could end up with all sorts of health problems, from liver cirrhosis to brain damage to Alzheimer's. If the inks are toxic or you don't know what inks were used, start looking up at-home heavy metal chelation; it might save both your life and sanity.
