New Fluttertease episode sneak peek

Here is a first portion - about 1000 words - of roughly put new episode (which is in The Guardian continuity). No title yet, no clean editing, but with Rarity co-starring Don't worry, a separate Ra-ra story is planned as well. So tell me, what do you think about the following:

Tranquility is the best word to describe the place. Celestia’s sun shines high in the blue clear sky and makes the whole snowy mountain side look like a pile of brilliants, glistening in its rays so bright, that even your sunglasses can barely shield it. The grizzle top of the mountain is clearly visible today with white and light-gray cowlicks of snow, blown by the wind from its peak.

But the main thing, this place is blessed by the creation with, is silence. Nopony miles around, even the trees stand like cut from the solid stone, when there is no wind to disturb their frozen sleep. Your skis press and cut the dense snow, being the only source of the sound here, except your own breath. The only other place alike in Equestria you know, is Everfree forest, yet the latter is filled with wild life, while this place seems deserted. Perhaps there are others, but you haven’t yet came across any like that, because of omnipresent ponies with their constant “brownian motion”.

You have nothing against ponies to be frank, actually you came here with two of them as well, but sometimes the chatty rattle of Ponyville is getting under you skin and you simply need some rest. Those two girls are a special case though. One is your fiancée, new Princess of Kindness – Fluttershy, and another… You sigh inwardly. Another is her best friend Rarity, who finally convinced Shy to teach her that polymorph magic.

Since that moment Rarity was completely happy training that spell each time, when she was around you, with an obvious aim to gain more attention. The first couple of times it was utterly hilarious, as to your surprise – you thought that Rarity was the least possible pony to forget about that as a fashionista – she forgot that human girls wore clothes… well usually. When Rarity transformed and found herself being completely naked, you had to think fast and catch the red as a carrot anthropomorphic pony lady with violet hair and tail, before she managed to rush out of your house just like that, granting the half of Ponyville the unforgettable image of a naked girl leaving your with Fluttershy home.

Naturally you couldn’t allow that. So you hold Rarity until Fluttershy wrapped her in a coverlet. Rarity in her turn was so shocked, that she seemingly didn’t realize that she stood a good few minutes completely naked in your tight embrace, snuggling her entire body into you and hiding her muzzle in your neck. Then both you and Shy spent perhaps half an hour trying to calm your friend, who instantly lost concentration, after the first shock released her, and returned to her usual unicorn form, crying and lamenting about “being hopeless and half-horned”.

Her eyes started to glow with realization to the end of that talk though. And, frankly speaking, you were not completely sure that the next similar episode was… totally accidental. Yet the concentration and spell control along with controlling her anthropomorphic body still brought Rarity a bit of trouble.

The latter was the exact reason of you three coming here that time. You thought that skiing was the right thing for Rarity to learn to control her anthro body and spell and entertain herself at the same time. Fluttershy had enough experience already, as you both managed to get away for a ride together numerous times already. So you thought that two of you were more than enough to teach and support Rarity, a new pair of fine skis was made and… here you were on the slide.

You chuckle, remembering the first time you came across that idea. Shy was enthusiastic, but the ski workshop made you stumble for two week, before you could pass the idea of proper human version of the skis suitable for alpine skiing and a few pairs were made. Of course ponies had skis, but those were naturally different and they used them, when it was necessary to cover some distance on thick snow, not for some wicked slides. The unicorn master looked at you very strangely, when you explained, what you needed those for.

You stop musing and make a sharp turn on the more gently sloping part of the slide, where actually your specified track ends, and wait for the girls. This slide is easy enough, but you don’t want to risk, as Rarity is only a beginner yet. There are a few rocks covered with snow, forming natural springboards on the track. One can slide over them and jump or pass them by. You and Fluttershy jump off those rocks occasionally, using your wings to balance in the air. Rarity laughs and calls you both cheaters, she passes the rocks yet, finding herself not daring enough for the tricks yet. You’re not going to rush her as you see, the girl does her best already. There is time for everything.

Usually you go first to control the slide and signal the girls, if something changes. Then both girls descend, Rarity first with Fluttershy following close to help if necessary.

Contrary to aforementioned serenity paradise of Everfree it’s freezing cold here. You lower your scarf and your breath forms a white cloud of steam, which settles as hoarfrost on your black anorak with almost audible tinkling of tiny ice crystals. Risking to freeze off your ears you kick back your hood to enjoy the crisp silence. You check the sun position and decide to tell the girls that one more descent and you all are returning to the hunting lodge to have a rest and warm your legs, wings and tails.

“Just a perfect holiday, like back on Earth,” you think, looking at the snowy mountain slide, framed with high dark green fir-trees and glistening in the sun. “I could even imagine I wasn’t leaving.”
