I don't think making a blog about it is going to really help in any way. This seems like a recurring behavior, at any rate; she should seek out a psychiatrist, not garner sympathy from her friends on the internet. You coming to help her every single time is never going to rectify the issue.
I'm not saying don't help her; I'm saying it's silly of her to think, even on a good day, that this cyclical behavior is in any way all right. If she was actually as on the edge as you're making her out to be, she'd be a lot more scared of what happens in the moments of clarity she does have in between.
