This is real. This is not a joke. This isn't trolling, subversive comedy/art or role-playing. This is no example of one man's psychosis, a desperate lone wolf no one agrees with who has zero political and social power. It's no mere sexual fantasy, and thus taints all claims of sexual fantasy and makes it very dark. Fans will say so, loudly, angrily and petulantly. Repeatedly. With loud assertions of division and repetitions of the purity of fantasy which holds no connection to real life persons who have gained ground in neoreactionary movements and gained a major place in power of late. Including some who also say their fantasy is so strong that consent can never be part of fantasy. When they say all that, do believe them. Don't say they are being deflecting or dishonest; that is supremely disrespectful and inappropriate. But... it would not be out of the range of appropriateness to think it.

Indeed. I know someone literally this messed up. They play it off as just their fantasy and sexual imagination. But they never break character, even when they clearly are speaking OOC. Bonus points, they brag about their STEM degree and job, and used to brag about how much misogynist art they used to buy, but now they switched over to e-begging so suckers that have gone full personality cult can pay for it.
