It's been a while since I posted a story! Heck, it's been almost a year and a half! Boy did time fly by. I wasn't active last year, not even through blogging, so consider this my update... and goodbye. Sorry to say, but I think it's high time I take my leave. It's been an up and down two and a half years on this site, but I don't think I'll regret it in the end.
So here's the haps!
Why am I leaving? Well, for a few reasons. One is that I simply don't read or write anymore. My interest in reading stories fell off a little bit after I started writing my own, and my interest in writing slowly waned too. A lack of motivation and my personal life blended together into a cocktail of laziness! Sadly, I no longer have any plans to continue my two incomplete stories. Sorry if you were enjoying them way back when. If you're interested in how their plots would have gone, feel free to ask!
Truth be told, I'm not interested in My Little Pony anymore. I haven't watched the show regularly since Fall 2015. I dunno why; I just got bored of it. I always jump around with what interests me. You can probably guess what I'm into at the moment...

The other reason I'm leaving is because of the site's community (and to a lesser extent, the fandom). While the people here are mostly cool dudes--emphasis on the dude part--I've grown tired of the more negative aspects of the community. Without anything else to do on this site, the only reason I've stuck around on this past year is to help admin groups. While that's been a mostly enjoyable experience, dealing with drama and bad attitudes has slowly drained me. I've found myself loathing putting in the URL for this site. I decided my depression didn't need any more unnecessary downers, so I'm cutting that aspect out of my life.
You either leave an author, or stay long enough to see yourself become a group admin.
So thanks, everyone. Unlike other authors, I've decided to leave my stories up and open to read even though I'm becoming inactive. Speaking of which, don't mistake my farewell for "never coming on the site again;" though, that doesn't mean I'll be coming onto the site often either. There will probably be times where someone says "check out this story/thread!" and I'll come onto Fim just to see it. Don't give my "X days since last online" counter much heed.
Thanks for all the good times! I truly enjoyed writing back in 2014-2015, and I hope you all enjoyed reading! At the time of posting this, I have 753 followers, and this blog is a message to each and every one of them. Ya'll are the best! I wish you a good new year!

P.S. Here's a blast from the past. When I was writing, I'd take screenshots of when my stories would be featured or hit a milestone. Here's my very first story, Equinophobia, being featured for the first time. It was taken on 10/11/14. It's the second oldest picture I have, the first one being of The Glorious Council of Friendship in the popular box. Ah, classic Fim and its banner and author-box userpage modules. I originally lurked the site without an account in early 2014 to read stories. Good times~
Really sad to see you go. You're an amazing person. I really wish I got to talk to you more and know you better. Hope we can still chat on Discord.

Well, I'm disappointed to hear that you're leaving, but if you're not enjoying MLP or it's fandom anymore, then by all means. Know that I shall always hold the joy your stories brought in my heart, even the unfinished ones. And on all you future endeavors, I wish you luck.

I've known you for so long, it'll be hard to see you go. I love your personality and you're always so funny. I also loved your Applejack story from a while ago. I'm really glad we met and I hope you have a great 2017

I see a lot of people who say that is the reason but never really *what* in the fandom caused it x.x. If you don't mind that is.
