Alright, in the first 20-ish hours, I've got just about 50 of you tracking my new story, Sunburst's Weekend Off.
In the author's note (and story description) I mentioned that I'm not sure if it's going to stay a oneshot or turn into something more. I've got some ideas, but any of my regular readers can certainly understand my primary concern:
I'm afraid of it turning into another version of Moonlight with swapped characters.
So we'll see. Still not sure if I want to take it one chapter at a time or get the whole thing figured out and outlined first. I suppose time will tell.
Well as I said before it's okay if some elements compared to Moonlight is the same but put extra things that you didn't have before.
I'm confident you can accomplish this.
Your first Appledash ship in Cupcake Chronicles had the two lovers have flashbacks to how they met and how AJ fell for Dashie and the conflict with the controversy of their relationship and the final conflict with Dashie having to choose her dream or her Lover. Also with a lot of sex in between. And straight bdsm in the sequel.
Moonlight had Twilight and Moondancer trying to forge their relationship through simple lovey dovey dates. One sex scene in between. Moonlight leaving for a career but there is a promise of continuing their relationship.
Perhaps the only angle left is that Starlight and Sunburst break up and don't end up together despite everything? Or maybe put in your other ships as well like have Moonlight be in the same universe as your current new fic and have Sunburst and Starlight be mentored by Moondancer and Twilight respectively in a double date?
4277171 Um, first off, it's MoonDANCER, and she didn't leave for her career. Quite the opposite, she moved in with Twilight.
