Arc 2 - Complete

Morning everyone.

Another Chapter done, and now I can finally write an action sequence again! Excited for that, and I may just start on the next chapter today if I happen to get my art project done. It's strange how hard it is to try and draw something you've only ever seen in motion, but I have the back ground done, and that usually takes the longest out of anything.
Moving on, in today's chapter we get all the mysterious details surrounding Twilight and her reason for being who and what she is today. In the event it wasn't super obvious, I've always seen Celestia as a Mother figure, and I've always wanted that in a more literal way than I ever get from the show. This is more or less my attempt at that. In the next half of the chapter, since I split it up for easier to read landmarks, Twilight explains how the whole Castle thing came to be, the brand of sacrifice *cough* silence and sets up the next chapter along with getting the wheels on the ground for several other things that should come up eventually. It might not be my greatest chapter, but it is certainly important.
I sat down with my outline this week, and now I have a concrete idea of what I'm going to be doing for the next three or so chapters. The next one should be... interesting to say the least. Lots of things happen, another dynamic will show up, and in the next three chapters, the last few characters that need to make an appearance for the story as a whole will show up. Now that the rest of the main cast is here, thing should be fairly main plot line based from here on out.

I promised a comic a while ago, and it's been done for a week, but I've finally uploaded that, and a portrait of the Rarity I used for the comic and the Bloodborne play through. I really just can't get enough of that game. I platinum'd it the other day too, so now I don't know what to do with my life. I even played through Dark souls 3 again, and it was just as disappointing as I remember it. like, five fun bosses, total. Whole game. Supposedly, one of the Dlc bosses is pretty great, so We'll see about that on tuesday. Maybe the Dlc will actually be worth the extra 20 I put into the game for it. In any case, I find my purchases of Dark souls 2 still more worth it than 3. I've only got 100 hours in it. I have about double that in Bloodborne and Dark souls 1/Demon's souls, and quadruple that in the original Dark souls 2, and additional 100 for scholar. Lowly times, these are... I could be less of an addict now, but I honestly don't believe that. I suppose the pvp just isn't as fun as it used to be. and neither is the main game either. Sigh.

The Hiatus had begun, yes, so now there will only be anime to fill my saturdays for an undetermined period. Supposedly, the next season starts in spring, but I have the worst feeling like that's going to be it. We'll get our movie, and then I think we'll be moving on from FiM. Call it a strategic forecast, but for some reason, I just get that feeling. In any case, I liked the finale, and I'm not upset about the Changelings? Idk, I never really cared about them in the first place, so having them become the bug moose clan isn't on my radar too much. Trixie and Discord were fantastic, which isn't something I ever expect from Trixie, so that was a plus. The episode before this also happened, but I think we all know that sky was an overconfident jerk, and Vapor trail has effectively out cuted Fluttershy with a single sneese. /s

Well, that's all from me. I'm not sick anymore, and I don't really think I'll be all that busy till the middle of November cuz, pokemon and finals. Here's to the things to come.
